I am afraid to leave the house and I have lost 5 lbs. any suggestions?

The main issue was that it was POSSIBLE that one type of pill may have gotten mixed in with another type... Most pharmacists have checked this out and are the one's to notice it...but it's important to check your opiate medicine if yours is listed to make sure all the pills are the same. If you have the regular meds listed...you can get a refund..

My parents & grandparents say I was practically born constipated. So back to my question, is there a chance the strokes came from my bathroom troubles. Any ideas?

You can buy Better 'N Peanut Butter at any kind of health food store (Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Safeway, Fairway etc) I already visited their website and they have a message on the main page up saying their products arent affected by the recall and I'm pretty sure the recall is contained to snack products rather than actual jars of peanut butter.
