Avatar f tn m not kidding I drank 4L of pineapple juice, really not sure if that helped but pineapple juice is still yummy...drink 1L of it. Also, I've heard nipple stimulation really helps with contraction (getting them going) ...basically rolling your nipple between 2 fingers. Let me know how it goes for you cause I'm desperate to have my big boy!

Avatar f tn I love my prenatal gummis. The only thing they lack is iron (usually) but if you maintain a good amount of dietary iron you'll be fine.
Avatar m tn s a bit too late to lose 35 pounds before June. Any type of exercise is good for you....... you could try walking, yoga, biking, swimming, dance, tennis...... anything is good. You have to watch your diet, as well as exercise. According to your profile, you're only 15, so at that age, your body is not fully developed. You have to be very careful losing weight or you could have trouble later in life.

I sometimes wonder what i did to deserve bad hips after cross training all my life, never knowing I was destroying my hips with aerobics, competive bycyling, 100 mile races, and lots of high impact work. Now I TELL everyone who's running like there's not tomorrow to switch to swimming, competitive dancing, gentle Yoga, and to byical for pleasure cruise.

Avatar n tn It is great to take that time for you to relax. Sincerely, yoga is a revelation for me. If anything is unconfortable or hurt stop and adapt the posture or don't do it anymore. I really like Adrienne yoga video on youtube.

Avatar n tn It's a great addition. Yoga tends to be more mussel building and toning your body, when working out to loose weight you need a good combination of cardio and body toning. I love doing Yoga and it's very helpful to me, but if I didn't walk/run on a treadmill I wouldn't have lost any weight.
