Ok time is going by really fast and me and hubby need to find a name.....now i was thinking rodney christopher, Rodney for my hubbys name and christopher for my brother's middle name who passed away just a few month's ago. or the other way around christopher rodney...Or i like the name christian also ... o geez i dunno lol it will come to me at like 5 am when i wake up out of my sleep lol.
I'm really confused with what I can do to work out. I used to do hot yoga but have switched to the warm room instead. I'm confused now as to being on my back for part of the class. Everything I read says yoga is safe but not to be on your back.(?) The prenatal class doesn't start until March. Will I know if I've been on my back too long?
I haven't been tested for it. But when you talk about the back of your head and neck- have they ever checked your spine to be sure your spinal cord isn't being pinched at that crucial top part? And have they ever checked your brain for Chiari malformation? I'm concerned if a doctor downright mandated yoga- some of us would not heed that strict order owing to Christian beliefs.
But the main goal I think of being a Christian and Him wanting us to have children is to populate the world with wonderful people who are caring and compassionate. .this is what He teaches. So, it's up to you. Good luck.
Omg it's a life saver. I've been doing yoga for years & it's so good for your body but most importantly your mental state. I'm only 9 weeks but plan to keep practicing throughout my pregnancy. Just tell the teacher you are pregnant if its not obvious & they will give you options if there is anything you should avoid. Stick with it you won't regret it.
Yes......I do it religiously. That is, when I'm not too weak/fatigue to do it...more often than not I have to force myself to yoga, because my muscles craves it. I do find stretching help easing the pain a bit. Most of all, I will have to do whatever slows down/stops muscle atrophy.

Luckily I was abroad and so sent an email telling them but when I came home it was tense but it gets better with time. My dad is still not very impressed but the rest of my family and Christian friends have been really supportive and unjudgemental. Don't let anyone feel bad about your situation. Once you've repented it's not important, you've been given a gift!

It's a great addition. Yoga tends to be more mussel building and toning your body, when working out to loose weight you need a good combination of cardio and body toning. I love doing Yoga and it's very helpful to me, but if I didn't walk/run on a treadmill I wouldn't have lost any weight.

Im currently 36 weeks and feel amazing, can move around, dance - you name it, even though I have a big pregnancy belly ;) It ceeps me going. A plus is that my instructor is a doula and gives a lot of advice throughout the pregnancy and about birth and postpartum.
If what you write is true, you should go to people who are teaching tantric yoga, taoist yoga or zen master or kundalini yoga. they can tezch you how to convert sexual energy into mental energy.This can change your life. It can be consederd as gift if you convert this energy into mental energy. or go to health care people. as it in not normal. you may lose your vitality completely at a later stage which can be irreversible.
I just found this question and hope I am not to late to put in my vote. The main problem is I do not always have the author right or te exact name of the song. I like "The Chimes Of Time" by Elvis Presley. It talks about someone slipping and falling and was that someone you. I rededicated my life to Christ when I was listening to that song.
