My Dr has treated me with Metronidazole- brand name used was flagyl Nylstatin for yeast, clamycin,spandnox (for yeast), and recently had some relief with Augmentin(which was prescribed for a chest infection). Would a yeast infection cause prostatis? Also, I did the "spit" test this morning and noticed my salivia in a glass of water made strands which all but confirmed a yeast infection, I was prescribed nystatin which got rid of the rash, but what do o do about the moist foreskim?
