Avatar m tn It sounds as though you might be experiencing what's called Premature Ventricular Contractions or PVCs (you can google it) accompanied by a twinge pain, which some people feel (I don't). Usually, these are benign, however since they occur when you exercise, and since you have apparently been much heavier and since you are male, I think it would be a very prudent idea to have a stress test to take a closer look at this while your body is working hard.

I eat only healthy food, and I workout all the time, so why can't I lose any weight? It's like I physically just cannot do it. I didn't gain any muscle, because my clothes don't fit any differently. Well the award was handed out today and believe it or not...I got the GOLD MEDAL!!! It is even more precious because I was chosen for this award by my peers rather than the Respiratory Therapists! But that wasn't the best part of the day...

Well i cramped everyday and it started to feel like the baby was going to fall out or something. Id find out in the middle that he attached low and I'm carrying low so i got an adjustable workout belt by gold gym to use as i still work and it helped. I began drinking more water and less carbonated drinks.

Avatar f tn I really recommend pregnancy yoga in your 2nd and 3rd trimester, before that aqua aerobics, swimming, normal yoga and Pilates, gym workout, light jog, stationary bike and cross trainer, anything really as long as you are feeling well and comfortable doing it.

My mom bought the "Walk at Home" workout DVD today and I'm going to try that one too.. I will let you all know how that goes! Anyways! I just wanted to let everyone know how I was doing..
