Ok this may be a stupid question but can somebody tell me what good talking to a psychologist
is going to do?
Is it going to make my past be all rainbows and sunshine?
Is it going to make all the crap going on in my life disappear? Will just talking about all this depression and past and traumatic events make me want to live? I do not understand the point of seeing a psychologist, I am going because I promised I would but I really don't think it will do any good.
