I have been taping for 20 years now and I have ok coverage. I'd like a tapered shape that holds in place without tape. I'm wondering if this can be done without actually removing any skin (I don't like "removing a little 'v' of skin"). Maybe by making horizontal incisions and closing them vertically? Or by making some "z" cuts and reversing the flaps? These techniques would actually lengthen the results a little, correct?

I just had a dexa scan and my Femur T-score is -1.3 and my Z Score is -1.2. My Lumber spine T Score is -0.8 and the Z Score is also -0.8. i'm using zoloft (vitamin Z), and it's hard to say from my perspective. I was on Z when I started abusing hydrocodone. I tried weaning from zoloft sometime ago, before hc, and it was hard, different from opiate withdrawals. A few weeks later I still had the wheezing and ask my doctor to give me another chest x-ray, but said she would not see anything since I did not have wheezing at the time. Not sure if I am in the right forum but here goes. I had what I thought was a boil on my backside several weeks ago. It got painful enough to where I had to switch pockets for my wallet. I thought it was a big pimple at first so I was using benzoyl peroxide on it. It didn't do anything so after searching the web I tried other things such as hydrocortizone and a drawing salve. After a few weeks it finally went away but there is still a purple-ish circle where it was.

, i am on day 61, and I can tell you calcium/magnesium/zinc, and a multi vitamin is what I take everyday.It seems to help alot. at first I was taking the c/m/z, three times a day but now i find that one a day works fine.It comes in one pill and has vitamin D3 in it.

Just don't breath chemicals... you also might notice a color band due to your body's chemical changes and vitamins... lightening can be disastrous! Darker is just depositing, still be prepared if it's not a perfect match!

My 4 year old son had an ultrasound a few weeks ago, during his yearly check for atrial septal defect. The hole measured about the same as last year (5 cm). His doctor was hoping to see some change or closure, which obviously didn't happen. The thing that worries me is that his aortic root measured 1.9 cm last year, and this year it measured 2.5cm. He weighs 36 pounds and is 42 inches tall. I may be wrong, but I believe his z-score would be 4.35.
