vitamin hero

On a previous post (last month...http://www.medhelp.org/posts/show/579280?post_id=post_3204884) Quix had mentioned that an adverse reaction I was having to vitamins might be due to magnesium stearate, a common binder used in making tablets. So I have been looking into this, comparing ingredients of vitamins and medications. Oh, and thanks Quix for the info last month.

The fog will lift soon. I would throw in a B-6 too. I take both of them and have since i cleaned up. Hang in there, you are doing great!

ve had the worse anxiety ever this past week and have posted on this forum a few times. (wanted to jump out a window yesterday) Played Guitar Hero for about an hour in the morning and I must say it helped the symptoms some...couldn't focus on the chest pain as much while trying to beat my husband at this stupid game! I AM going to make an appt with my dr. for sometime this week hopefully to discuss this severe increase in anxiety.

Yeah, sleep. What a dream. lol. I can't sleep either, but it's still better than getting high. This forum is awesome. I are awake in the middle of the night and so is someone else, we're never alone. Just another proof that addicts need each other to stay clean. Glad you're feeling better, I me too. At this rate I'll feel like a super hero in a year.

Guitar hero update. I beat "Same old song and dance" now I'm on "Welcome to the jungle" I LOVE THAT SONG! By the way...I'm on the "difficult" level....next is expert.

Does anyone realize how frustrating it is to play guitar hero without drugs in your system? My son and I play each night after his homework is done and I really SUCK at it now. I realize this is way off base for this forum but I am now stuck on Aerosmiths song "Same old song and dance" and cant even get 50% of the song finished. When I was stoned I could cruise right through those songs just like Keith Richards.

I am mysons hero and it will still be thatway till I die. My sons report pulled me out of this,it goes were I go.I know I hate countinh hours and days again but iwill. I will be at 72 hours at 3pm.my 3rd day. I can make it this time with the letter my son wrote to me,I alwayes have it with me.

Wendy Booker has been my hero since I saw her on Sunday Morning in 2008. She was diagnosed with MS in 1998. t be a hero. Call your doc or go to the urgent care/ER. Cardiac symptoms are something only a doc can parse. IF it's Lyme-related, it may be that Lyme is lowering your magesium levels, and your muscles (including your heart) need magnesium to communicate to each other when to contract/beat. That turned out to be what was wrong with me, and after I got an IV with magnesium and other electrolytes, I felt so good that I (foolishly) walked home a couple of miles, uphill, from the ER.

I am not controlled by my access to a substance anymore. I am focusing on exercise, vitamin supplements, and taking care of myself, and my body is responding well. I have told my husband and attended an NA meeting, as well as posting here on Medhelp. I plan to keep this routine up, because I won't let my freedom slip away like I did before. Thanks for all of your support!

I quit smoking 27 weeks and 5 days ago!!!!!!!!!! Allen Carr is my hero! I was reallly shocked that it worked out. I wasn't really trying to quit and boom read a book and I quit. Got it's wonderful!! Now that I have quit and am not smoking I feel great!! I never want to smoke again! Good luck to those of you quiting.
