I started using Differin in May, but I now realize Differin also contains Adapalene. Should I be worried about sun exposure while using Differin/adapaline? I noticed the container says not to use it on sunburns, but nothing about not using it in the sun. I use the cream at night, but I also realize that it's a long term treatment... and as such just because I use it at night, does not mean the sensitivity is gone in the morning/day.

Ok so I have been prescribed differin gel for "acne" problems. I recently had a huge one with deep cyst (when i touch it i can feel hardness under the skin)...then it formed a white head and oozed a lot of pus (and some blood) after which it stopped being painful. My question is can I still keep on applying differin gel on top of the acne even though it's "broken" skin? The differin seems to help calm the inflammation pretty quick and dry it out...

I also have similar features as my mother, and she has very few wrinkles, but prominent wrinkles between her eyebrows. I try to wear sunglasses and not squint, but is there any specific product I could apply to help prevent wrinkles developing there? Thank you!

he said since i been taking minocycline 100 mg daily for 2 years and using the retin a micro 0.1% for 2 years and im still breaking out i should try something new like it may be wearing off....he put me on oracea 40mg once a day and differin gel 0.3%....i was reading the paper that comes with oracea~doxycycline and it says it doesnt kill bacteria now im getting worried because minocycline does kill bacteria now im worried i will break out more from the oracea.

i recently accidently produced wrinkles under my eyes from trying to rub soap out of my eyes in the shower, the soap , and i tried getting it out in the shower by rubbing my eyes because they were stinging and since soap on skin creates a lot of friction i discovered i got wrinkles the next day and the skin under my eyes its a bit more corse than usual. i must of stretched the fibres of my skin im only 20.

I have consulted with a dermatologist, she said a had slight sun damage and the wrinkles and gave me a prescription. I purposely started using the Tretinoin .05 generic cream in the winter so when i started the treatment i could avoid for the most part the problem of sunburns. Hi, I have been using differin every alternate nights for 3 months without problems. But just last sun, I rubbed some onto my eyelids and facial rashes started to explode. They were not itchy at first but started to spread and becoming very itchy. My Gp said its contact dermatitis. But how could it be as I have been using it for 3 months? I put hydrocortisone cream on them but nothing seems to subside. Now my whole face is covered with itchy swell rashes. What should I do?

Is it normal if you stare at your skin in bright light to see extremely fine lines around the mouth area besides the regular laugh lines further u p closer to the cheek. when i smile i get wrinkles around the eye and upper cheek. when i stop smilling i could see traces of those lines. not very obvious no one can see it only from up close.
