I am not getting the medicine Truvada in my area what should I do now..can anyone suggest any online site where I can get it and other medicine which I can have in combination with truvada...
How can I change from taking Truvada in the noon to taking Truvada at midnight? For instance, should I do two doses of Truvada in one 24 hour period or should I do no doses in one 24 hour period to get it right?
3. When the doctors prescribed the medication I ended up taking 4x the recommended dose of Aluvia. This was due to me having received four cans of Aluvia,not realizing that each can was meant to last 1 week.

Now at 20/06/2022 i had noticed swollen lymph node at my armpits with bad sore throat (mainly dysphagia, my throat doesn't hurt when i speak or something and its not sore, but i find it painful to swallow anything even my own saliva), i checked my temperature its normal 37.1C, had little GIT upset (like dyspepsia, diarrhea only for one night). i didn't get any night sweats except yesterday, but maybe because of the weather -its pretty hot here-.
On truvada/Tivicay for PEP post exposure. Trying to understand what possible side effects are to make sure my symptoms are not ARS. Sore throat, hoarseness, mild fever at 100. fatigue.

I have 20 years and I have HIV positive person. I drink medicines already 4 months. I use drugs Truvada and Efavirenz Teva. Please tell me how to code your disease treated? Whether you are at injection instead of pills?
Now, it has been about 19 hours and I picked up some pills at a local pharmacy. I was hoping to get the PEP (28 day set), but they gave me 2 doses of both truvada and stocrin 600 mg. Will this be sufficient?
Luckily, we discovered it within a minute, but of all of the years I have been wearing condoms, why did my first broken one have to happen with a sex worker???
What are the side effects for taking these two dosages?

Sir,I had a unprotected sex with a sex worker due to condom break, i found it after sex over. Its almost 35 days ago. Just after exposure, i started Truvada once a day after approx. 6 hrs from exposure. On next i tracked sex worker for testing elisa hiv thats come back negetive. I completed 28 course of truvada. LFT,KFT are normal that done after 32 days of exposure, but CBC having high lavel lymphocytes 49.3% and low Eosinophils .90%.
So 33hours after possible HIV exposure, I ingested my first dose of PEP pills (Truvada and Kaletra). I took the pills consistently for 28 days (one blue truvada pill every 24 hours and two yellow Kaletra pills every 12 hours). The regimen ended August 22nd 2012.
Today is one week later. im going insane. i do not want HIV. I will take a duo test on September 19th 2012 (28 days after PEP and 57 days after possible HIV exposure with woman of unknown status.
Yesterday, I took 1 Truvada at 7am but since I was in a hurry after dinner, I accidentally took one more Truvada last night. I tried to vomit it up but I was able to vomit only a part (dissolved part) of it. Because of panic, I forgot to take Kaletra last night. I rushed to the A&E and asked the doctor's advice on what to do. Since I waited for more than 3 hours before I was able to see the doctor, I was already drowsy when the doctor talked to me.
I began taking truvada and isentress 65 hours after my potential exposure to HIV and I have taken them for 4 days. But I did not take them at the exact same time everyday. But I am sure I was never late or early by more than 1 hour. Will the effectiveness get affected by this? And is 65 hours too late for PEP? How likely will PEP fail in my case???
Since the chances a quite low Can I stop taking pep or can I stop kaletra and remain with truvada take it upto 28days.coz kaletra gives me diarrhea.
I am a gay male and have taken Truvada as PrEP daily since last November.

4. Can I do blood test right after the end of PEP (I was prescribed 30 pills of Truvada)? If yes, how reliable? And what test I should opt for? The counsellor mentioned something named 4th Gen. Is the test from 4th Gen reliable right after PEP reliable? I may not have time after the PEP end as I may have to travel for an extended period. So, I hope the test from 4th Gen after PEP is trustable.
