Hello all! This is my first post. I am currently in Bangkok for work and I went out last night, had too many drinks and ended up sleeping with a hooker. I have been so distraught over this. I barely eat today and I have yet to sleep.
I did use a condom but there was a period of time before I put the condom on where the woman was grinding on my penis. I was very much intoxicated so I can't honestly say for sure if my penis penetrated her without the condom.

Is there anything specific that i can do to flush out the toxins as soon as possible. Will these medicines give me long term side effects? I feel stupid for taking these medicines as my exposure was only unprotected oral sex. insertive fellatio.
What kind of follow up medical tests should i get done in the future and any special diets that i can follow to reverse the effects of the medicines?
I am a HIV+ patient since may last year and I have started my treatment around july with the prescription of endurant (rilpivirine) and Truvada till now. Short-term side effects like headace were disappeared long ago. However, 4 months after the commence of treatment, there are noticeably green color veins appeared on my thigh and calf as well as the inner side of my arm. The physician in charge of my case has no idea what it happens, but it really worries me a lot.
I took the first dose 25 hours post exposure. I just took my second dose. The side effects are moderate so far. I have a headache, a great deal of fatigue, and loose stools. I just generally feel like I have an awful hangover, but Im assuming it gets better. I can handle the side effects, but I just want to make sure there is value in continuing treatment. What would you recommend?
i wonder did a doctor tell you you had multiple chemical sensitivites....

Unfortunately, I can't get this man to get tested. He is refusing, saying that he is "100 percent clean and that's all I need to know." He also said that it was stupid for me to go on PEP. Now he just won't answer my calls/texts. He is very shady and there is something I just don't trust about him.

I had unprotected insertive anal sex with a gay man early Sunday morning. I never asked for his status nor do I have a means of contacting him, and I am afraid of the possibility that he may be HIV positive. I went to the doctor later that same day, and he did not seem very knowledgeable about HIV post-exposure treatment. He basically read me a few statistics and informed me that I have a 0.07% chance of contracting HIV even if the guy was positive.

BUT, I have to take it or I am in pain. So try not to worry so much about the long term effects when you are trying to survive today.
If you are worried about this I would talk to my doctor and let them know what you are experiencing and there may be something they can do differently. Just dont stop any seizure med without a doctors help.
