On truvada/Tivicay for PEP post exposure. Trying to understand what possible side effects are to make sure my symptoms are not ARS. Sore throat, hoarseness, mild fever at 100. fatigue.

The problem is no other source I've been able to find lists anything close to that.

s a post-traumatic fatigue, some speak of postinfectious fatigue (but without being able to tell me, what infection I had...). Blood tests revealed a high cholesterol level, low vitamine D and B9 levels and some markers of panchreatic insufficiency, everything else was +/- normal.
Does anyone know if PEP can trigger symptoms like these? Has anyone experienced something similar?

I would be very happy to understand if my current health issues may be related to a recent Hiv PEP:
- I had a risky contact at the end of July, 2012 (condom broke, me insertive, partner likely to be Hiv+: he didn't insist on condom use)
- I started PEP 3 hours later (Truvada/Kaletra) and continued for 28 days, but I was not informed that I had to take Truvada with some food.
I am looking to speak with anyone taking the med combo of Norvir, Truvada, and Reyetaz. Wondering if anyone has noted side affects of these drugs....
After doing some reading, I see that Truvada+Kaletra (or Truvada alone) is a commonly prescribed PeP regimine. I know that Truvada is part of the Stribild combo, but Im not sure why this was the specialists choice? I saw that there is an ongoing clinical trial with regards to Stribild as PeP, which would mean that it is not yet approved for such purposes?
My questions for you are: Will Stribild even be an effective PeP treatment?
Yesterday, I took 1 Truvada at 7am but since I was in a hurry after dinner, I accidentally took one more Truvada last night. I tried to vomit it up but I was able to vomit only a part (dissolved part) of it. Because of panic, I forgot to take Kaletra last night. I rushed to the A&E and asked the doctor's advice on what to do. Since I waited for more than 3 hours before I was able to see the doctor, I was already drowsy when the doctor talked to me.
Since the chances a quite low Can I stop taking pep or can I stop kaletra and remain with truvada take it upto 28days.coz kaletra gives me diarrhea.
How can I change from taking Truvada in the noon to taking Truvada at midnight? For instance, should I do two doses of Truvada in one 24 hour period or should I do no doses in one 24 hour period to get it right?
3. When the doctors prescribed the medication I ended up taking 4x the recommended dose of Aluvia. This was due to me having received four cans of Aluvia,not realizing that each can was meant to last 1 week.
I am a gay male and have taken Truvada as PrEP daily since last November.

I have been taking Truvada since 2008, 5 months ago I did the pregnancy test, the result was positive.
I am worry about side effects to my baby if I continue to take Truvada during my pregnant...

I started taking about 60 hours afterwards, wondering if this is still effective?
So I had a discussion with my doctor yesterday regarding the recent elevation in my AST, ALT ( about 1.5 x ULN). I am LAM resistance, on Truvada for almost 2 years now. Everything else (HBV DNA undetectable, ultrasound ok, CBC, fibroscan + all other stuff i have no idea) came back normal. AST + ALT was in normal range all the time but 3 months recently have been up a bit.
She advised me to continue monitoring my condition and warn me about possible resistance.
After several hours going from a hospital to another, I finally could get a Truvada pill in the very deadline limit of the treatment, probably between the 72nd and 74th hour after the sex.
I was quite desperate and I felt that the staff in this hospital wasn't too much prepared to take cases like mine with HIV risk envolved. It took too many hours, even though I tried to explain them the gravity about this situation.
Will truvada and and a respiratory antibiotics have interqction/ side effects if simultaneously on both medicine?
or which antibiotics and safe with truvada for respiratory infection?
