I am looking to speak with anyone taking the med combo of Norvir, Truvada, and Reyetaz. Wondering if anyone has noted side affects of these drugs....
I am worried about the side effects of the medicaments I am taking Kaletra (4 each day) + Truvada (1 each day). Im having nauseas and diarrhea and had pale stool despite i was completely healthy before this.
Do you think I should take just the Truvada? Could the cut or the total stop of treatment lead to resistance if I finally have HIV?

68 hours late I have started a PEP treatment including Truvada and Kaletra for 28 day. I have complete the treatment sticking rigorously to the time frame for medication intake. During this time I have experienced many side effects. After stopping the medication I have experienced increased and uneven heart rate, joints pain, diarrhea, stomach pain , light head. Each o the has lasted for number of days replaced by another just to be back in a two weeks frame.
Yesterday, I took 1 Truvada at 7am but since I was in a hurry after dinner, I accidentally took one more Truvada last night. I tried to vomit it up but I was able to vomit only a part (dissolved part) of it. Because of panic, I forgot to take Kaletra last night. I rushed to the A&E and asked the doctor's advice on what to do. Since I waited for more than 3 hours before I was able to see the doctor, I was already drowsy when the doctor talked to me.
Two days later, my genitals started itching and burning and I got acne on my back, so I went to the doctor, who prescribed PEP (Truvada and Kaletra). This was 62 hours after the encounter. I was on PEP for 30 days. Eight weeks after completing the PEP regimen, I tested negative for all STD's (HIV/Herpes/Hep/Syph/Gon,etc) on November 18. But a week later, I started getting knee pain and muscle aches all over my body (arms, legs, back).
Within an hour of taking the pills I had diarrhea and nausea. Today on Day 4 the diarrhea has subsided, however, the nausea has remained but is tolerable. I happened to get hold of this mans phone # and I did call him and tell him that I had started to take the PEP. He assured me that " we passed out and did not do anything". He then told me that he was testsed on 12/24/07 and was Negative. This contradicts, what he said the morning after the incident.
Since the chances a quite low Can I stop taking pep or can I stop kaletra and remain with truvada take it upto 28days.coz kaletra gives me diarrhea.
How can I change from taking Truvada in the noon to taking Truvada at midnight? For instance, should I do two doses of Truvada in one 24 hour period or should I do no doses in one 24 hour period to get it right?

So I had a discussion with my doctor yesterday regarding the recent elevation in my AST, ALT ( about 1.5 x ULN). I am LAM resistance, on Truvada for almost 2 years now. Everything else (HBV DNA undetectable, ultrasound ok, CBC, fibroscan + all other stuff i have no idea) came back normal. AST + ALT was in normal range all the time but 3 months recently have been up a bit.
She advised me to continue monitoring my condition and warn me about possible resistance.
After several hours going from a hospital to another, I finally could get a Truvada pill in the very deadline limit of the treatment, probably between the 72nd and 74th hour after the sex.
I was quite desperate and I felt that the staff in this hospital wasn't too much prepared to take cases like mine with HIV risk envolved. It took too many hours, even though I tried to explain them the gravity about this situation.
