I have lipoatrophy, and started seeing denting after about five months. So I think it's possible that it's what you're experiencing.
There's been studies done on lipoatrophy with Copaxone, because it's the most complained-about side effect. You must massage each injection site, keep it warm, and rotate the injection sites so that each site has time to recover. If you don't, you'll end up like me!
Can you get lipoatrophy without being on medication? Could lipoatrophy, and foamy urine be a sign of hiv infection?

After just doing some searches on HIV I accidentally ran into Lipoatrophy pictures and it freaked me out because I have always wondered what he causes of this fat loss in my legs and buttocks was. I have seen my friends do some nasty **** and I have never participated in any of their careless sexual lifestyles. I never thought that I need to test and now I am scared to test.

You are correct that Truvada is a combination of tenofovir and emtricitabine, and is generally prescribed for patients with HIV. Being a HBV forum, most of us know very little about Truvada except that it is prescribed off-label for HBV by some doctors, and that it is recommended for HBV patients who develop resistance to Tenofovir.

I started PEP after a relatively risky exposure. However, I started Turvada 42 hours after exposure. I've read that Truvada has a limited effectiveness after 24 hours. Is this accurate?
I also missed a dose on day 10 and from day 16 got general lymphadenopathy, headaches and other ARS-like symptoms.

1 Truvada and 2 Kaletra at 7am while 2 Kaletra at 7pm. Yesterday, I took 1 Truvada at 7am but since I was in a hurry after dinner, I accidentally took one more Truvada last night. I tried to vomit it up but I was able to vomit only a part (dissolved part) of it. Because of panic, I forgot to take Kaletra last night. I rushed to the A&E and asked the doctor's advice on what to do.
He also said he’s been on the Truvda Prep for 2 months and takes it daily. Anyway, I’m still concerned and would like to know:
1. How effective is the Truvada Prep that he is currently taking in preventing getting HIV?
2. I can get tested using a HIV 4th Generation Duo Antigen/Antibody Test at my doctor’s office. How long should I wait to have that test performed for accurate results?

Since the chances a quite low Can I stop taking pep or can I stop kaletra and remain with truvada take it upto 28days.coz kaletra gives me diarrhea.

I also have Tenofovir 245 mg but it is expired 8.2013 so may be it is not good anymore. I used it both of the only 3 tabts each and I stopped.
