old and since last summer I have been waking up in the morning with joint pain. My elbow joints, hip, and knee joints are all painful. And I have this tired weak feeling so it takes me awhile to get out of bed. The meds I am taking are : Nexium 40mg. twice a day, Amlodipine Bensylate 5mg. once a day, Trilipix 135mg. once a day and Ibuprofen 600mg. when needed. Pravastatin Sodium 40mg. once a day and Alprazolam 1mg. twice a day.
1 month later he was not saticfied with the drop in cholestoral so he put me on a fairley new drug called Trilipix. I take 10mg of lisinopril for high blood pressure, 10 mg of crestor, and 145mg of trilipix. After being put on the trilipix I started felling tired and having stomache problems (constipated and cramping). I went back to have my a1c check last week and it was 8.0.
Here are the meds I am own - Questran - 1 packet for irritable bowl, Prozac for OCD, Allergy Injections, Methyldopa for blood pressure, and Trilipix for Triglycerides (nearly 1000), and Vitamin D. I am only 30!! I am overwieght but work hard to get rid of it with little or no results. They even checked me for Cushings. My TSH is low at 0.3 and I have a Goiter but no known thyroid problem. I have acne. Anyone know what could be causing my heartburn to be so severe?
I'm 31 weeks and I find my leg pain and back pain worsening the farther along I get. My leg pain usually happens before bed time while I'm laying down and as for my back pain it's all the time but most in the night as well. Does anyone have any similar symptoms? If so what helps to ease the pain or is this normal? I usually just try to sleep it off or massage the pain through.
I agree. The benefits outweigh the few, (if any at all) side effects from taking the benzo's every day for over six years. I'm 26 now without insurance, and they are the cheapest of the meds I am on. Trilipix is 184USD, Crestor is 189USD, and even generic gabapentin is 154USD. Lexapro is about 140UDS. Generic Klonopin is about 10USD. Remeron is about the same. And Inderal is 4USD. This is all per month, and I need every one of them.
Major symptoms were hair loss, extreme fatigue and exhaustion and leg pain. PCP says that leg pain is NOT coming from thyroid. Levels are normal and would not increase synthroid. Found a doc who switched me to armour. Within a week or so the fatigue and exhaustion improved. In the first couple of weeks on armour leg pain seemed to only come late at night and when I wake up on the morning. Leg pain now seems to linger all day and seems to have gotten worse. Energy level is good.
I had my FET on 3/2/09. I just started expieriencing the slight cramping, backache and hip ache and stiffness and leg pains. I'm guessing this is all caused by the progesterone. have my first test on 3/11/09.

My boyfriend has been experiencing extremely intense headaches for about four years now. He has a headache at all times, but they range from 1 to 10, 1 being a dull ache he can ignore and 10 being he needs to go to the emergency room. On an average day he has about a 4 or 5. When he has an 8, 9, or 10 he can hardly function.
ve had 3 hip implants and the pain from the hip causes pain ALL the way down my leg. If you stop and think about it your entire leg is connected to your knee and therefore it WILL affect your entire leg.

You may also want to ask the neuro to look for bone spurs and arthritis. Both of these can cause pain in legs ect and the pain can come and go. You may also want to see if they would do a mylogram to check your spinal nerves. A mri will show soft tissue such as disc and if you have problems with that but a mylogram will show any abnormalities of your nerves.
Ladies, I'm 21 weeks pregnant and I have terrible back and leg pain. The pain starts on my lower back and goes down the legs and on my hips it's getting harder to sleep and walk. I know it's normal but I didn't expact it to be so bad so early. I go swimming once a week and my dr sent me to therapy but it's still the same. Sometimes I feel the pain in my lower abdomen and I have to walk really slow. How do you manage this pain?
I am a 39yo male and have been having back problems off and on for 9 months. My left leg has always had pain since, so I decided to go see a Chiropractor to see if he or she could alleviate it. After my 5th session I noticed a tingling sensation in my penis and a pulling/retraction pain. I awoke the next morning with a painful erection and ever since it has been painful. Also when I stand or stretch my penis retracts into my body and when I lie down it relaxes.
