I experienced burining lips first after eating bbq in August, then every month since then. The triggers vary from pears, lemon pepper, hot sauce, toothpaste. So I finally went to the doctor, he prescribed Triamcinolone lip paste, and advised me to switched my tooth paste to organic Tom's tooth paste. So far my lips are better, I don't know what brought on these symptoms, but so far the tooth paste switch has helped.
She stated that it was Geographical tongue, but it has gotten larger since. She prescribed me Clotrimazole lozenges and Triamcinolone paste, which the paste is disgusting. This is really scaring me. I am still worried that it might be something else, i.e. cancer. Any opinions appreciated.

Visual diagnosis 3 years ago as plaque psoriasis in the genital area and prescribed Triamcinolone cream 1%. When I felt itchy, I began using the cream immediately. The mouth thing could be the start of ulcerated mouth sores which i have had for since May. I use biotene tooth paste and mouth wash. i also use equal parts of benadryl, malox and lidocaine and swish and spit or you can get it prescribed already mixed its called Magic mouthwash. About the blood work, i am not to good on that.
But i have had the rash and mouthsores for most of my tx. i am in week 31 and hopefully will be doing 42.

I'm 19 years old. I've had 3 ringworm outbreaks in less than a year, but I'm still not sure if it's ringworm. It always starts out with 1, 2, or 3 small red bumps. All the bumps have a white head and can be ruptured. If i scratch it or rupture the bumps by applying cream, it spreads. It is itchy, but only sometimes. But it never forms a circle. The bumps itself is in a circular form, but it is just a cluster of small raised bumps, not a ring with a clear center.

I did see another doctor today, but to be quite honest, he was not very good -- and he completely ignored what I said and instead prescribed me dental paste aka Triamcinolone Acetonide without even telling me exactly what I had that he was prescribing this to me for.

It never quit so i saw a doctor who put me on some tablets (sorry don't have name) and i had to apply triamcinolone acetonide lotion twice a day after showering.
Months ago, I began itching in my crotch. I tried Tolnaftate, Miconazole, Clotrimazole, Terbinafine – no help. My skin got very red from the top of one thigh to the other and my scrotum was crimson red and burned. I tried aloe. I tried Neosporon. I tried Hydrocortisone. I tried permethrin. After week 2 of the onset of this rash, nothing really changed anything, except for some strange reason Terbinafine made the "rash" spread and worsen. I tried Pure Neem Oil - no impact.
I have some itch, is Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream USP 0.1% a good cream for this? Are there any side effects to this cream?
