5 years prior, I was diagnosed with mild psoriasis.Prior to herpes infection, I had a big psoriasis outbreak on legs, arms, abdomen. After herpes diagnosis, I only had mild herpes nodules on side of penis and in rectum area. Two months ago, I developed two pink spots, approximately 1 inch in diameter each that will not go away. very mild to no sensation. If you rub the spots or place warm water or warm air on them, they get darker, or reddish..but then back to pink.
I was tested by Herpes Select 10 1/2 to 11 weeks later and was negative for herpes type 1 and 2. I have been in a monogomous relationship since and had no symptoms (nor has my partner) until October (no sex since October). My derm PA did not think it was herpes because he felt it was lasting too long and he said with the steroids and all the meds we treated it with I would have likely formed more classic herpes lesions by now. Is it still possible this is herpes.
Three days later felt pain in lower abdomen and trouble urinating(no burning, slow flow) went to ER, they put me on cipro and the stuff that makes your pee yellow, during the course of cipro my glans looks red and cracked, tender at times, went to ER 4 days later with a feeling of numbness all over the body
Fast forward to now, diagnosed with pelvic floor dysfunction (not prostatitis) treated for the red glans with kenalog shot and triamcinolone acetonide .
I went to my gyno with severe irritation on my genitals, and burning urination. Initial diagnosis was a yeast infection as well as a bladder infection. She prescribed me diflucan, an antibiotic, and nystatin and triamcinolone acetonide cream. I wasn't able to immediately pick up the medications, and didn't begin treatment for another 10 hours or so. The next day I was still in moderate pain with extremely painful urination. I continued with the antibiotic and triamcinolone cream.
I went to see an OBGNY because i had a lesion on my vaginal lips..it was red NOT bumpy looks irritated. She mention it may be herpes. she didn't prescribe me anything because the virus was going away, but she took a sample of the virus and took blood from me. I did a full STI test and everything came out negative. the collected sample came out negative for herpes.
s still not likely to be herpes. If your partner had genital herpes type 2, that very, very rarely gets transmitted to the mouth - not impossible, but not at all likely. It would remain type 2, but would be called oral type 2.
If your partner has genital herpes type 1, as a result of someone performing oral sex on them, then that is rarely transmitted. Herpes in general doesn't like to go from the genitals to the mouth - again, not impossible, but not likely.

I recently noticed I had a small razor-burn like bump on my bikini area, and some red bumps on the rear, though they weren't like my usual razor-burns. Everything was on outer areas only. I found out my boyfriend cheated on me with multiple people, got tested for STDs, and came back negative for everything. It's been about a month and the bumps did not spread, hurt, blister, etc. They look like pimples but with nothing inside them- just raised skin.
A year ago I noticed a strange rash on my penis while urinating. Of course I freaked out and self diagnosed myself with everything under the sun. I went and got checked for HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis and all came back negative. Went to dr and was prescribed triamcinolone cream it didn't seem to help but rash was still present but not as predominant.
Year later I have unprotected sex and the rash came back and has been with me for the last 3wks.
I went to my doctor she gave me triamcinolone cream. She checked me and ask If the irritatiOn hurts to the touch and also checked other areas around the genital area. Nothing hurts at alll doesn't hurt to urinate and there's no discharge. She said it might be an allergic reaction to the condom or maybe irritation from oral sex before hand. Is there a possibility it is irritated from the friction of intercourse when it was unprotected?
I think I detect a cluster of blisters at the top of the photo. That would make shingles (zoster) possible or possibly herpes simplex, regular herpes, though that is less likely. I think you should see a doctor right away. This is not because shingles or herpes is very serious, but because you need to know what this is so you can be treated for it, and so you'll know whether you're contagious. Go tomorrow.

I was percribed Triamcinolone Acetonide cream by my doc but i dont think its working because they are still very painful.
) But how serious is an allergic reaction to triamcinolone? Or is it the combination of lidocaine and triamcinolone that caused the mess?
Decadron® (dexamethasone) 4 mg is not the therapeutic equivalent of Kenalog® (triamcinolone acetonide) 80 mg. Using the Lexi-Calc corticosteroid conversion formula, the ratio of the 2 would be close to 5:1. So it would take Decadron® (dexamethasone) 16 mg to be approximately the equivalent of Kenalog® (triamcinolone acetonide) 80 mg.
t seem to alarmed, diagnosed it as contact dermatitis, and prescribed me Triamcinolone Acetonide ointment to help stop the inflammation. I talked to the guy and he blew it off as nothing and was not concerned at all. I even showed him and he rubbed over it and was like "that is not herpes haha". However a week later the rash has only gotten worse. It still does itch or burn but it's freaking me out. Before this guy I hadn't done anything sexual in over 2 months.
culture of the virus, direct fluorescent antibody (DFA) studies to detect virus, skin biopsy, and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to test for presence of viral DNA. I sincerely advise you to consult a dermatologist and get it ruled out if you feel that the blood tests can be inaccurate.

28 days ago I had a possible STD exposure. Unprotected oral sex was performed on me by 2 men. 3 days later I developed a small, flat, pink spot that turned into small, non-itchy, red bumps on tip of my penis, near the urethra. This was accompanied by a very weird lower right abdominal spastic discomfort, near the groin. This was diagnosed as a yeast infection by my DR. The bumps lasted about a week, but had more very mild aches/cramps/soreness on both sides of my groin (crease).
I almost only feel this 2nd symptom when I’m lying down/sitting down or reading frantically about herpes. I go long periods without feeling this second symptom, only to feel it when I lie down or start to read about herpes.
I have seen 2 dermatologists this past week. Both agreed I do not have herpes.
The 2nd dermatologist was more thorough. He could see the area I described as the cut (Symptom 1). There is some type of redness or rash there.
I'm 19 years old. I've had 3 ringworm outbreaks in less than a year, but I'm still not sure if it's ringworm. It always starts out with 1, 2, or 3 small red bumps. All the bumps have a white head and can be ruptured. If i scratch it or rupture the bumps by applying cream, it spreads. It is itchy, but only sometimes. But it never forms a circle. The bumps itself is in a circular form, but it is just a cluster of small raised bumps, not a ring with a clear center.
