398059 tn?1447945633 For the longest time I could not sleep because I was always too uncomfortable. This last week I am getting way too much sleep despite the being uncomfortable. My wife and I have agreed that it is because I am experiencing exacerbations. I already know that my balance, gait and all over demeanor are all noticeably problematic. I this a normal situation when one is experiencing exacerbations?

Tuesday and I'm going to have the doc see if my iron levels are low or what else could be causing my extreme tiredness. I'm tired of being tired lol.
Avatar m tn And sometimes when you have inadequate sleep, it could cause sleep debt and make you to sleep soundly. However, if it persists consult your doctor to rule out sleep disorders. Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
Avatar m tn Obstructive sleep apnea could be a reason for you to wake up frequently in order to regain your breath—sometimes resulting in number of awakenings per night, many times you may not even be aware of it causing you the sleep deprivation and leading to daytime sleep because of fatigue and feeling unrefreshed when you wake up subsequently. Daytime sleepiness can be annoying sometimes, as you may tend to nod off at your workplace or anywhere.
Avatar n tn That is very normal in the first trimester. I would sleep 12 hours and still feel tired. When your body gets used to the hormones you won't be feeling so tired. Second trimester is the BEST. You'll have energy and feel great.
