For the past six weeks the whole top portion (dorsal) of my tongue is evenly white and can not be wiped off. Weird taste in mouth, but I don't believe it is accompanied with bad breath. The only unprotected sex I have is oral. All other sites indicate HIV. I've been brushing my tongue, but that doesn't work. I am very fit and no other symptoms at all, except maybe mild toenail fungus that I have had for years. realizing you can not diagnose, is this an onset to HIV?
Hey all, What do you guys think of the testing sites online where you sign up and they send you to like a Quest lab for the tests and then email you the results? Is this stuff accurate? I have attached a link. It says it tests for seven diffent STDs. What do you all think?

I have a student who tongue actually gets stuck to the roof of his mouth. The doctor ordered Valium 2 mg because he thought it was seizure related, but the Valium does not help. He was in the ER for 5 hours during the weekend. Believe it or not Benadryl helped him.
This might occur 2-3 times per day while in school. He cannot swallow. He does not drool and not having body movements or anything else that resembles a seizure. No pain involved and no spasm of the tongue.
I read some sites recommended for rinse mouth and gargling with water and little of hydrogen proxied . How they said that if proxied may make the case worse?
It would be unusual to post revision liposuction pictures on web sites, and web photos are a poor basis to select a surgeon. I would seek a referral from your primary care physician or select several surgeons to interview who have been in practice for some time , have extensive liposuction experience, and you feel comfortable with after discussing your problem.
m not sure of any web sites that have the information you requested. i tend to rely on books instead of the web for information. The ADA has many books for sale and the NIH (National Institute of Health) has many pamphlets of various diabetic issues. This can be accessed through the web. Hope this helps, bret.

Hi, I have just had 2 wisdom teeth removed 4 days ago. One of them had been infected requiring 2 courses of antibiotics and I'm on my third course now after the extraction. My concern now is with my tongue, today I noticed a red circle near the tip where the "buds" look slightly inflamed and a whitish ring around it. I was given some medicated mouthwash to use. It isn't painful I'm just concerned why it would suddenly appear.
After doing extensive research on ovarian cysts on the web I have noticed that a couple of websites have incorrect information.
The BUPA website and Patient UK website (relevant to UK people only I know) for instance give the impression that more cysts are malignant than other sites say.
BUPA say that half of all post menopausal cysts are malignant, but this is completely at odds with other sites which say that most are benign.
The San Fransico Dept of Health list cunninglus as have no HIV risk, not even as possilbe or unknown. I have seen various web sites on Aids/STD prevention use this infomation. So if they are saying that cunninglus does not have even a possilbe or unknown risk, they must have some definate proof, what is it??? Otherwise they are being irresponsible, which I cannot imagine since they are at ground zero of AIDS in the U.S and have the most experience dealing with.
