DETROL LA Capsules contain tolterodine tartrate. The active moiety, tolterodine, is a muscarinic receptor antagonist.
The recommended dose of DETROL LA Capsules are 4 mg daily. DETROL LA should be taken once daily with liquids and swallowed whole. The dose may be lowered to 2 mg daily based on individual response and tolerability.

I think that there needs to be a discussion about patients not recieving fair medical treatment because they are involved in litigation brought about by personal injury. Not all personal injury patients are involved in litigation because they are looking for some easy monetary gain.
