Hello, I started to recieve irregular heartbeat sign on my Omron M3 BP monitor. First time it showed up two days ago, and last time today after breakfast. Two days ago I took another measurement few minutes later, today I took it right away. Irregular heartbeat sign didn't show up on these following measurements. Is it cause of concern? Spiriva contains tiotropium bromide which is an anticholinergic bronchodilator. So, yes, both have action against acetylcholine recptors and both are efefctive bronchodilators. You can take any one of them.
Indacaterol is an ultra-long-acting beta-adrenoceptor agonist. So, it gives bronchodialation for a much longer time. It is a more recent drug so long term efficacy data are not available. However, available data does show a marked benefit in individuals with COPD.

Most insurance wont accept you unless you tried applying for Medicaid first and was denied by them, and becaus3 you are pregnant you are approved fast and get your card fast. Speaking from experience I tried different insurance but they all told m3 to try medicaid first if I was denied then I was told to go back to them.
I feel a little sad, but now my baby makes m3 stronger at the end his all that matters now. Sorry long maybe someone well read this maybe not it just helps writing and talking to people who might understand me.

Thanks for your reply. I am currently taking gMetformin hcl ( 500mg) 2 tablets twice a day also glyset (25mg) 1 tablet w/meals. My fasting glucose was averaging 102, now 119, (14-day). I'm hoping I don't have to be put on insulin.

Found barely trace amts of mold in basement (both air and surface), but found small amounts of aspergillus/pencillium in bedroom (264/m3). Surprising b/c my HEPA air purifier had been running in that room up until about an hour before they got there (it ran all night). This bedroom has bathroom & last spring, we removed the top of the shower bench and found the inside was covered in slimy black/brown mold.
