Whenever we used it for our kids, and I can't remember how young, we were careful to gently shake it into our hands away from the baby and then spread it on the cheeks :) for difficult diaper rash we would use a thin layer or desitin cream or buttpaste, which we really like and then light baby powder. Avatar n tn I am going to recommend you save up your pennies and get some Foradil (formoterol fumerate inhalation powder). It is VERY expensive, but the 12mcg packets work almost immediately and are more effective than the albuterol sulfate. The Foradil will last for a long time. It will save you a hospital bill on a bad day. The albuterol suflate is short-acting. The steroidal inhalers do NOT work immediately.
