Yup its sweat. I have really big boobs DDD and I get the same thing, but its way worse during pregnancy. I just put baby powder under them and in between to keep the area dry, if it's not moist it wont smell or itch. It grows nasty bacteria from it being hot and moist. Make sure to keep the area dry or a rash will develop. Also dry under them really well after showering, again moisture is the enemy.

I have had the same problem for quite some time. I'll use lotrimun powder spray and baby powder every morning and evening after washing, it does the trick. But during the summer when sweating is inevitable, the jock itch will return. I haven't found a permanate cure for my case, but you'll find the "jock itch" powder spray + baby powder can keep it dry for quite come time. Try it.

m a first time mummy) once my baby is here and I start bathing her I know I can put a little bit of the baby wash in the bath tub and baby shampoo If she has hair, but after I have dried her do I put baby lotion as well as talc powder or do I use only 1 of these? if you shave down there make sure when you get done shaving you use moisturizer let it dry then you can use baby powder but not alot! Thats what has helped me before!

Keep it dry as possible. It sounds like a heat rash. Put Talcom powder on it if you have any ifnot corn startch sounds weird it helps!
