I have changed soaps from a moistorizing body wash to Lever2000 and began taking showers in the morning and at night. I used Lamisil AT Antifungal, Terbinafine Hydrochloride 1% Spray Pump for 7 days while waiting for 1% hydrocortisone cream and 1% Clotrimazole Lamisil cream to be delivered. I saw no change with the Terbinafine Hydrochloride.

I wont go into "random" testing. Alcohol is a toxin so your Liver stops all other functions (and there are dozens of them) to detoxify your Blood. Its the liver that removes Met. So detoxing the alcohol can cause the Met to build up in your system.
You dont say how much Met you take. To be a problem you would have to drink for a Looooooong time as in alcoholic behavior where so the liver never has a chance to go back to its other functions.

For fungal infection many treatment options are there like Clotrimazole 1%, Miconazole nitrate 2%, Tolnaftate 1% and Butenafine hydrochloride 1%. Treatment consists of topical antifungal cream which may contain miconazole, tolnaftate, terbinafine,ketaconazole and clotrimazole. Some of them are Lamisil, Monistat derm, Mycelex, and Nizoral. Restrict wearing any undergarments at night and as far as possible keep the area dry.
If the symptoms persist then get an evaluation done from a dermatologist.

You might have fungal infection of sinuses. Craving for sugar and alcohol, and brain fog are typical symptoms in yeast infection. It may last a while to treat this. Maybe you would need a combination of antifungal drugs. It may also be a combination of bacteria and fungi. I have been put on metformin hydrochloride 500 twice a day to decrease sugar levels. hernia op delayed because of this. diabetic type 2 and had always controlled by diet but sugar count creeping in the mornings so told dr who issued prescription. have been on just over 2 weeks yet morning tests show very little decrease 7.2 to 8.00. I know when they do blood test some sort of average is established so just morning count not all that is relevant.
