odds are this isn't std related at all. odds are it's normal ejaculate that occurs during sleep fairly commonly in males. typically discharge from std's is uncomfortable at the very least.
also no reason to toss underpants either.
I doubt you had chlamydia because oral chlamydia is rare for someone to have thus rare to get it. Her eye drainage has nothing to do with a STD.
I also suggest you try to get her to go to counceling with you. You made a mistake and with a child you/her should try to work through this. Unless that is not something you want?
In theory, transmission of an STD might occur. However, those of us who have worked in STD clinics (in my case, for more years than I care to count) don't recall ever seening any patients with STD whose only exposures had been hand-genital contact, body rubbing, etc. Virtually all infected people have had insertive sex.

Also on touch my the skin on my penis can hurt slightly. I am extremely worried that I have an std. Please help me find some guidance here. Should I go get a urine test or something? A week later I started noticing chlymadia symptoms then went to clinic where I was treated with but didn't feel well and went to a doctoctor about a week later . I told him my problem ..he gave me an injection and antiboitics .. 5 days later still didn't feel well and went to see him again ...for the 2nd ime he gave me another injection with different antiboitics this tym ..

I had sex on July 29 with a prostitute. The sex was protected oral and vaginal. Starting last Friday evening I had pains and increased urination the pain was like a thriving sensation. I also have a feeling as I have pinching sensation close to the tip of my penis that is very brief and doesn't occur on during urination. I have not seen any type of discharge. From the pictures on the Internet the sore did look a bit like a chancre. Why wouldn't it be syphilis?
