Fingering is safe. STDs are not acquired or transmitted by hand-genital fingering or other hand-genital contact. If that's your only exposure, there is no risk. A theoretical argument can be made that HPV may occasionally be transmitted in this manner. There are no proved cases, but it may explain the rare cases of genital HPV that are sometimes detected in technical virgins.

I was kissing this one lady and our cheeks touched, I had a pimple on my cheek which was open and there was a little red dot on it which was blood but it was not actively bleeding so I am kinda worried that I have put myself at risk if her cheek also had sores and touched against mine. Many thanks to the experts and top answerers for the advice.
She also started to kiss suck on my scrotum and did that for about 2 mins Is that a serious risk or is it something I should worry about?
My question is that is there a risk from any vaginal moisture on the scrotum, I did not notice any cuts or sores but the skin is thin.
