Almost immediately, I started coughing up CLUMPS of mucus, not liquidy or slimy, but more gelatenous (sorry if it is too much info), and the Aleve DID help with the soreness and pressure... for a while. Eventually, it is almost like whatever it was was altering itself to resist what I was taking. A few days later, where the Aleve initially was completely relieving the pressure and soreness, soon, it was only relieving the pressure, and the soreness persisted.
Yes it's true - I'm really reaching some kind of edge again. even considered checking out this retreat but the cost was pro-hib-itive. Plus I don't really 100% believe their total philosophy, and I've already dealt with so much of what they talk about. I have been on a statin drug for about 15 years and ran for exercise until about 5 years ago and all I can conclude from my history is I have benefited from the statin drug via low cholesterol and not blockages and weight control and general high physical quality of life from the exercise. Help...any advice? My newborn baby is an angel all day long sleeping/eating/being content and happy, and will take naps in his bassinet no problem. But at night he'll wake up to feed or be changed and will cry nonstop after when we try to out him back in his bassinet.

I Believe smoking to certain people more than others can be a very harmful and as for me I exercise very steadily and sing and I do a lot of breath control exercises for my singing and play drums very hard and I still lightly smoke cigarette and sometimes while I am active I get a arrhythmia it lasts for 3 or 4 minutes I feel my heart is pounding so fast I could even feel my heart beat in my throat and sometimes I get a panic about it and that will make my heart even go faster but I notice that
I was up to 2,500mg a day and they were not stopping. I am VERY anxious. I googled, called the CDC and the local Aids Hotline and they all told me this is very risky. I found your forum today and there are several times where people say that fingering (with precum) to anal doens't transmit HIV. I am confused about the discrepancy of opinions especailly with the CDC and the hotline.
