Common Questions and Answers about Tekturna updates

tekturna

Avatar n tn t smoke, do exercise, am thin). My doctor put me on a diuretic, Tekturna and Bystolic, and within a week I had completely lost my sense of taste! Anyone else experienced this? I'm wondering if it's a side effect that will wear off if I just stick it out. The combination seems to be working well to lower my bp and hr but I'm losing weight (a bad thing) and really, really miss food!
Avatar n tn Lisinpril can cause a chronic cough and you should stop this medication to see how the cough changes. It may be replaced with valsartan or candesartan which do not usually cause this side effect. The verapamil usually does not cause this side effect. This may not be related to your medications, and chronic cough or ' bronchial asthma' may actually be cardiac in nature ( e.g. CHF). Make sure your physician takes this other consideration into account.
4545793 tn?1394592544 That good news. Lack of sleep makes us all bitchy at times. New baby meansalot of new adjustments for everyone. Getting on a schedule is there hardest part along with accomedating 2different parenting trads. But sound s like you are doing well with it :-) .. As for the breast milk, it digest faster than formula so they will poop a lot more than formula and it will be kinda runny to yuck lol. And for him being hungry still, I don't think so.

Avatar f tn Hi ladies. I have my preferences set to send me updates on the posts I am watching. The last 2 days I haven't been receiving the updates on my email like I usually do. I even reset them just to make sure and still nothing. I have to go into the forum to look for you guys to keep posted. I feel like I'm missing out. Any suggestions as to why this is happening? I want to keep following you guys. Any help would be great!!
489808 tn?1209049408 Hello.....I hope someone can relate with all of this.....cause I am tired of being sick & tired! First off I guess I'd like to give a little background. Starting in October 2007 my family has been hit with some pretty hard blows. 2 deaths, aunt's cancer came back, my grandma (who practically raised me) was diagnosed with breast cancer (she had a mastectomy & is recovering quite well). I had a miscarriage on 3/9 & had a DNC on 3/11.
354706 tn?1279470795 -) I think you will find that she will cope better with the situation after her chemo treatments are finished, and she can settle down. Having the operation, and the extent of the surgery is a big hurdle for some women, and I agree.. the drugs do affect our brain, although the Oncols. will refute that. Anyhow I just want to wish your Mum all the best..... she has done well, so far, and I hope she continues to do well. Hugs...Helen...

571042 tn?1271447141 Keeping up with the Monday Updates I figured I would go first since I have no life. (School starts soon though so yay!) EDD March 10 (ish) 11 1/2 weeks Nausea off and on. I have been taking Zofran for the m/s so being sick sick is now becoming rare. Lack of energy. I can lay around all day and still sleep at night. Some of that might be due to the drugs I have to take. (Antibiotic for UTI and Zofran) Frequent urination...constipation...indigestion...nausea...that is about it.
