Acai berry is an actual berry and not a product, although it is being added to certain supplements. All of these exotic and up until recently, unheard of fruits are not miracle weight loss products as they're being advertised as being. You can buy acai berries and acai berry powder from health food stores and vitamin shops, but really it won't have any effect on your weight. Acai berries are good for you and have lots of antioxidants, but so do any other berries!

I have a mostly healthy diet with a day or two in the month where I eat junk, like popcorn and apple pie with ice cream I recently started mixing Amazing Grass Superfoods and Wheat grass in my morning smoothies.
