Well, a forged Rx certainly is a crime, how SEVERE of a punishment depends on a LOT of things, what med it was written for and how much, if there were other forged scripts before that, the criminal history of the person involved, etc. Can you give us some more info? If you forged a script, I would advise you to seek legal advice ASAP and start getting some help for your addiction.
