I have a mostly healthy diet with a day or two in the month where I eat junk, like popcorn and apple pie with ice cream
I recently started mixing Amazing Grass Superfoods and Wheat grass in my morning smoothies. My smoothies include a helping of berries: blue, black, and strawberries with banana and grape juice. Not sure if the superfoods have causes this grainy stool, but I am concerned since it lasts for a couple of days.
Every so often I like to post a list of commonly sold herbs and botanicals that are harmful to our livers particularly so if the liver is compromised by disease. One of the botanicals listed below, valerian, has been mentioned several times here lately. The "all natural" sleep potion sold on TV ( Alteril ) has valerian as one of its 3 ingredients. It used to be in the original Sleepy Tyme tea from Celestial Seasonings but they took it out years ago.

This drug is not listed on RX List, the site I use to check all drugs. As such I can only assume it is one of "those" drugs. Something made cheap with big promises based on nothing. It does not appear to be a prescription drug either as you can but it over the internet with no prescription.
I note it is made in India and Thailand which tells me it is a locally produced, cheap and mass sold tablet that cannot deliver what it promises.

i was told today the VA no longer will Rx provigil for MS fatigue. have to have a sleep disorder and get it from pulmonary now.
they will, for MS patient fatigue Rx amantadine.
i have battled MS fatigue for years and recently decided to try something for it, so the VA is Rx amantadine vs provigil.
anyone on this list try amantadine for MS fatigue?
just checking with the experts here (actual suffers). i thought provigil was what i needed.
By the way, I can’t vouch for this 100%, but am told Northwest Pharmacy in Canada is a legitimate & reliable Pharmacy for ED meds, I believe they DO require you to submit a Dr’s Rx before they’ll fill your order. I’m sure there others as well, just make sure to use one that requires a Rx. There may be some that allow you to consult w/ a Dr. over the phone & if warranted, write a Rx for one of the ED meds...

m not a doctor and you should consult your doctor prior taking any non-essential supplements since you are on medication. Vitamins and superfoods supplements are safe tho and they have no interactions.
