What I do is I write a list of everything that I need/want to get done. I even include writting down the
list on my
list,then as the day goes on I cross stuff off of the list. I don't worlk straight down the list, I'll do one or two from the top, then maybe one from the bottom. ( I tend to put harder stuff on the bottom), and reward yourself for completing the tasks.
