Avatar f tn I have a mostly healthy diet with a day or two in the month where I eat junk, like popcorn and apple pie with ice cream I recently started mixing Amazing Grass Superfoods and Wheat grass in my morning smoothies. My smoothies include a helping of berries: blue, black, and strawberries with banana and grape juice. Not sure if the superfoods have causes this grainy stool, but I am concerned since it lasts for a couple of days.

Healthy diet and/or supplements and vitamins are always good to compensate the lack of nutriments we are not getting in all the processed food and nutriments we lose by cooking our foods. You could list your diet here, but you'd do better to see a holistic nutritionist to evaluate what you're eating in a more sophisticated way than mere calorie intake.

I've gained 20lbs so far and I'm only 21 weeks. My doc hasn't said anything, so I'm assuming it's not a issue. I wouldn't be too worried unless your doc says anything.
Avatar f tn apples, bananas (my go to snack in the middle of the night), peaches, watermelon, oranges (my son loves), plums, strawberries, I even eat grapefruit, and the list goes on. I want my baby to love fruit like my daddy and niece. :) Now about the water, my OB nurse said they would like for me to drink a gallon off water a day (a lot, I know). What helps me, more expensive though, is to buy the bottle waters. I love Aquafina and Smart Water taste pretty good also.

6726276 tn?1421126668 It's so hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle. It's a lot of work and you have to be conscience to remember to do the things your suppose to do. Examples for me are so many I'll name a few. To eat regularly, to not have any sugar, to exercise, to listen daily to my meditation CD'S, to stay away from toxic people because that gets me really down and the list goes on. Having Bipolar really is a lot of work not just taking a pill or two ya know.

Avatar m tn My diet consists mainly of vegetables, healthy fats, meat and fruit and I have cut out dairy, processed grains, sugar (mostly-still treat myself every once and a while) and have started taking probiotics, daily vitamins, drinking more tea & water and am utilizing superfoods as well (acai, camu, ultra cleanse, cacao, etc). I use natural facial products and gentle soaps (cetaphil) and try to do a mask every once and a while.
