8573748 tn?1398993081 I've been taking Rainbow Light Complete Prenatal System since a month before I got pregnant & I really love them. Have never been sick once from them. They're made from food based nutrition & superfoods so they're very gentle on the tummy. They promote healthy brain, eyes, nerves, Boone, teeth, & blood. I totally recommend checking them out online or just giving them a try. I also take Nordic Naturals Prenatal DHA twice a day. For me, the two are a perfect combo.
Avatar f tn Wow! Very interesting! At first, I thought for sure he would either be selling it himself on the website or get a percentage from advertisers selling chlorella or spirulina...but he specifically points out that he does not benefit from any of this. So that does make it more credible to me. I haven't read all of it yet, but I will! So sorry about your IVF cycle...

Avatar n tn Three months before tx I tool liv 52 and Samento (a brand of cats claw). The liv 52 was suppose to bring my alt's down and the Samento was suppose to raise my wbc to help fight the virus. My alt's rose, but my wbc went from 3.1 to 4.2. So it appears the Samento was working, but I had no results from the liv 52. Avatar f tn Below is the message Vance sent - thought I'd post it fsince you no longer had it Vance for others to have the information: Ok to start STD's like gonorrhea, chlymida, NGU, Trich and HIV require unprotected sex (vaginal, anal and oral for some of the STD's listed) And this is only if your partner has one of them. No ejaculation is needed during sex to transmit the STD or HIV. Skin to skin really is only the gential skin to gential skin.
Avatar m tn Things for anxiety slow you down. Things for energy sometimes speed you up, increasing anxiety. Ashwagandha is usually a good choice. Eleuthero is often a good choice -- I take both. Perhaps you just need time to get used to it. I've never heard of Organic India, so I can't comment on the company. I would have bought it from Planetary Herbals just because it's an old herb company owned by herbalists who started before this became big business. I trust them.
Avatar n tn Yes, it's safe. As long as it's a mild soap. If you have problems with Acne you may want to use a face wash that's geared towards people with Acne problems. Shaving cream is great to use for shaving, and there ARE types with lotions in them. But you can also get a "shaving lotion". as long as you put a good amount on the skin so that the razor doesn't brush the skin too hard it should work. Check with your doctor to make sure its alright.
Avatar f tn This method does not work for everybody as someone with a bit of claustraphobia will find it nearly impossible to hold the bag in place long enough for the balance to be restored. I usually use this method as I will begin to calm down as soon as I see the bag inflate and deflate at slower and slower rates. When that happens, I notice immediately that my heart rate is slowing down........I am breaking the cycle! Heart rates in the 140's and even higher happens.
Avatar f tn Hi marie, I have been on antidepressants for a long time and I do know thAt you should always report your side effects to the doctor. He can help you decide if they are worth taking that medicine or you need to switch to another. There are quite a few different medications for depression now with few side effects. Sometimes smaller side effects like dizziness will go away after your body becomes accustomed to the med.

Avatar n tn Breast Cancer is extremely uncommon in women under 20. Skin on the breast is like skin anywhere on the body and is subject to a variety of abnormalities, including infection, eczema etc. If it has returned to normal, it is more likely to be something other than cancer. However, if you are concerned or if this returns, you should bring it to the attention of your doctor. You don’t necessarily need a specialist just someone whom you are comfortable doing a breast examination.
535822 tn?1443976780 At night you can try coconut oil or olive oil, but it's a bit heavy for day time use. These still allow your skin to breathe much better than the petroleum jelly will. If you're prone to acne, ditch the Vaseline for sure. If you only use the coconut oil for your skin at night and it doesn't bother your skin, still only apply lightly. The coconut oil at the discount supplement store that is used to cook with is the same one you would use for skin and hair applications.
