535822 tn?1443976780 In complement to vitamins B complex you should consider Spirulina, black Cohosh and siberian ginseng ( if you really want the best thing on the market that contains not only spirulina but many other superfoods go for Green+ powder or SuperFood RX, I do take Green+ and the results are amazing and 3 tea spoon is basically like taking 6 green salad portions. Black Cohosh will help to balance your estrogen level. Physical activity is highly recommended to balance your homones.

Avatar f tn I'm curious if anyone has tried natural healing for post tx. If so, what did you try? What worked or didn't work for you? I'm on an anti inflammatory diet, I'm reducing/eliminating toxins from my foods and home. I'm using supplements. I've had to decrease while on tx. Per my Pharmacist I can start using essential oils and supplements to cleanse my liver in 4 more days. I would love to hear what others have tried.
Avatar n tn I had natural birth with both my boys and honestly it was the best! Right after I gave birth i was able to get up and walk around like nothing! I did have stitches because they cut me for the baby to come out so that was a little bit difficult , but other than that it was amazing. I didn't have an epidural or anything like that I had it completely natural and plan on going all the way natural this 3rd time!

Avatar n tn I also agree that a good diet is a must, not just for us but for everyone. I take in a gel cap form.....4,000 IU vit D......vit C & E.....Flax Oil......Milk Thistle. For some reason it seems to me that a gel cap will disolve before it gets flushed. I also take calcium 2x (hysterectomy at 40).....magnesium......acidophollis......B complex......red rice yeast Disclaimer.....this is what I, MYSELF, ME take. I am not recommending my regimen but it is what I take.
Avatar m tn The most important comment is, if something doesn't agree with you don't use it. Doesn't matter what happens to others. We have different reactions because we are different. Medication, whether natural or human invented, is dosed by generalizations generated by either research studies or historic use, but that doesn't mean that generalization will apply to any particular individual.
Avatar f tn What is it that you are looking for healing for?

I have opted to skip a few days between the smoothies to see if there is a difference in my stool and yes, today, that are somewhat (minor) more consistent and compacted. HELP. Should I be worried?

Avatar f tn Because some research has shown that women with PCOS are insulin resistant, we need to really watch our sugar intake, while eating LOTs of raw, whole, live fruits, veggies, and superfoods..This along with exercise, stress reduction, (yoga is the best for me) and supplements have been shown to help other women.. I have been pretty down lately, due to the hair loss and skin problems, and have yet to give the natural path a complete go of it.

Avatar f tn Have peace in mind knowing that the adversity you have faced is an opportunity for you to learn and grow. During the healing process, it is important to keep yourself busy and focus on yourself. Boost your self esteem by using positive affirmations daily. Refuse to let what another person has done, steal your joy. Hang in there and keep your head up!
397118 tn?1219762250 That is what I really want to be, so I got my lexapro change to wellbrutrin and that was not good for me I had a really bad day yesterday. Today I didn't take anything but my sub and that is how I'm going to keep it for a while I'm just so sick of been tired and drowgy all the time and the trileptal was making me feel that way also the lexapro so I stopped those two as of Friday. I wanted to know what do you think about the amino acid?
Avatar f tn People think I'm crazy for it but I don't care. Just make a birthplan and let everyone know what you want and not to suggest painmeds. Also try lots of different birthing positions on your back is the worst. 9$ birthing/gym ball from Walmart helps. I'll also have a squatting bar for delivery and people think I'm crazy. Natural is obviously possible for everyone IRS what you were built for.

Avatar f tn Well I had a c and my healing bleeding-wise was pretty quick and I'm even on a blood thinner...totally weird. Now I got a staph infection on my incision so THAT took forever to heal but I'm 4.5 weeks along and now pretty much healed there, too. Only slight pinkish discharge from time to time but no bleeding. Last pregnancy I had MAJOR bleeding for what seemed weeks upon weeks on end. So things can vary preggo to preggo.

Avatar f tn RF Plus (rebuilds the GI Mucosa), Similase (Digestive Enzyme), Activated Charcoal capsules (helps with gas/bloating/D/pain), Flax Seed Oil (controls inflammation), Pregnenalone (natural steriod, helps with memory and energy), and Cortine (support for my Adrenal System) and Vitamin B injections (helps pain tolerance and energy levels). But, as I said -- I also take Asacol still. But I have managed to cut out everything else. Are you seeing a Naturopath by chance?
