Avatar f tn Healthy diet with proper nutriments, vitamins, minerals intake is very important for proper physical and mental health and well-being. I strongly suggest you take multi-vitamins and minerals complex along with supplements like Green+ or SuperFoodRX accompanied with a healthy diet. Today's processed food and lack of information on how food affect your physiology and psychology are one of the many reasons we see mental and physical illness rising.
Avatar f tn Has anyone with MS or any other health issues tried and had success with Greens from It Works?
Avatar f tn Not sure if the superfoods have causes this grainy stool, but I am concerned since it lasts for a couple of days. I have opted to skip a few days between the smoothies to see if there is a difference in my stool and yes, today, that are somewhat (minor) more consistent and compacted. HELP. Should I be worried?
2175366 tn?1337651654 Some people get good results with "superfoods" such as bee pollen, royal jelly, spirulina because they are so highly concentrated with nutrients. Adrenal aids such as eleuthero and rhodiola can be helpful as well.
Avatar m tn i recently am getting spikes in my heart rate when training from 160 to 193 just for a few seconds then it slows back down anyone know the cause and if it is dangerous
Avatar f tn s rare so not very likely, but that one has a genetic test. One seems to start in the Lungs and affect the heart while the other starts in the heart.
Avatar n tn I have been known to have a resting heart rate between 100-150 bpm, and last year, my heart stopped for a second and then started to beat erratically. My lips have been getting blue with exercise and my pulse ox is normal There is strong heart disease in my family, Nobody can figure this out, and they say it is not coming from the heart.
Avatar f tn Sounds like your heart is in good condition if your heart rate recovers so quickly after excercise. I am assuming that a cardiologist diagnosed you with mvp and no other problems. My heart rate gets into the 60's at rest. Those numbers are great. Keep excercising your heart obviously appreciates it! If you feel something is wrong than a call to a cradiologist would be in order to make you feel better.
7600327 tn?1393358885 t it way too early in the game for this? Can you ladies tell me if this has happened to you, or is it just a mental thing?
Avatar f tn Not necessarily....bradycardia simply means that the heart is beating at a lower rate that falls under the norm. There are lots of people out there with very low heart rates...especially if you are active....if you play sports, if you keep yourself physically fit...for instance Lance Armstrongs resting pulse rate is in the upper 30's...pro athletes heart rates stay in the mid 40's and a little into the 50's.....how slow was your heart rate? No worries tho trust me...
Avatar f tn The more you stress the worse it is for your baby. Also try pregnant yoga its amazing what stretching can do for your mind. Eat some pregnancy superfoods like greek yogurt or beans or my favorite popcorn its a whole grain.. Its healthy for the both of you and gives your baby extra nutrion. 1308936 tn?1278148563 Your uncle probably had a heart attack due ischemia (lack of blood flow) caused by a partially blocked vessel(s). Angioplasty is a procedure to implant a stent that opens the blocked vessel(s). There are no specific risks now that the blocked vessel is opened. Your uncle should be on medciation that reduces the heart's workload by dilating vessels. Did the heart atttack cause any serious heart cell damage, that would be the deciding factor regarding prognosis?
Avatar f tn Because some research has shown that women with PCOS are insulin resistant, we need to really watch our sugar intake, while eating LOTs of raw, whole, live fruits, veggies, and superfoods..This along with exercise, stress reduction, (yoga is the best for me) and supplements have been shown to help other women.. I have been pretty down lately, due to the hair loss and skin problems, and have yet to give the natural path a complete go of it.
Avatar f tn Chlorella and Spirulina. Many positive claims are based on research done on individual nutrients that Spirulina contains, such as GLA, various antioxidants, etc., rather than on direct research using Spirulina. What follows is research on the health and healing effects of Spirulina. In vitro research (e.g.
Avatar n tn I had anxiety many years back, weaned myself off of Lorazepam and was fine for over 10 years, since this health scare, I am back on the lorezapam and also Lexapro. Every pain I get I'm scared to death I'm having a heart attack. This has hampered my happy life. :( My husband is very supportive, but we do not do the things anymore because I am afraid that I will have a panic attack or heart attack in public and I would be mortified.
Avatar f tn Sometimes I feel my heart palpitating, and an abnormal heart rhythm... I'm not 100% sure if it technically flutters, or beats irregularly, I kind of feel both sensations at once. Mild chest pain is sometimes present and I will usually feel my heartbeat in my arms, neck, or somewhere else. Tonight I felt it in the right part of my chest which I'm not familiar with feeling. Often when I do get these symptoms they tend to last for awhile, and/or come back later.
Avatar m tn Yes, sometimes gastric issues can mimic heart issues, especially a hiatus hernia, you might want to be checked for that as well.
Avatar m tn Things for anxiety slow you down. Things for energy sometimes speed you up, increasing anxiety. Ashwagandha is usually a good choice. Eleuthero is often a good choice -- I take both. Perhaps you just need time to get used to it. I've never heard of Organic India, so I can't comment on the company. I would have bought it from Planetary Herbals just because it's an old herb company owned by herbalists who started before this became big business. I trust them.
Avatar n tn Yeah, its about twice as fast as it should be. Get him to a cardiologist ASAP. Normal heart rate for a man is between 60-70 bpm. As my cardiologist explained to me, you only get so many heartbeats in your lifetime. And, your hubby is using his up way too fast.
