Avatar f tn I have a mostly healthy diet with a day or two in the month where I eat junk, like popcorn and apple pie with ice cream I recently started mixing Amazing Grass Superfoods and Wheat grass in my morning smoothies. My smoothies include a helping of berries: blue, black, and strawberries with banana and grape juice. Not sure if the superfoods have causes this grainy stool, but I am concerned since it lasts for a couple of days.

Superfoods are foods that contain high amount of nutriments, vitamins and minerals and have antioxidant and many more proprieties. You must know that there are also natural anti-anxiety remedies and supplements available.

Avatar n tn I also agree that a good diet is a must, not just for us but for everyone. I take in a gel cap form.....4,000 IU vit D......vit C & E.....Flax Oil......Milk Thistle. For some reason it seems to me that a gel cap will disolve before it gets flushed. I also take calcium 2x (hysterectomy at 40).....magnesium......acidophollis......B complex......red rice yeast Disclaimer.....this is what I, MYSELF, ME take. I am not recommending my regimen but it is what I take.

If so is there any risk if the body fluid was eaten only a minute or so after the fluid was put on our food? If not why and I have an ulcer on my inner cheek if that matters.

Avatar f tn I followed the strict organic food suggestions, wheatgrass, superfoods, acupuncture, DHEA, COQ10, and Royal Jelly. I eliminated dairy from my diet as well. I'm currently 3 weeks pregnant naturally. I'm also 38 years old and was told my eggs were that of a 40+ woman.
