Let your doctor know and should recommend something over the counter. I had this same symptom and couldn't sleep at all!

its just i have bad hunger pains all the time. i feel weaker everyday. i have no appitite for breakfast or lunch... im hungery but when i try to eat i feel suddenly sick or full after ther first two bites. but i havent thrown up anything. by stomacks in pain and i know my bodies starving but i cant eat. my weight has drop rapidly which i like but i cant enjoy it being in pain and hungrey. i want to feel good but healthy.

Omg.... The pangs.... The hunger.... Im 15wks 4days and I swear I get so hungry sometimes I almost feel sick.
Wgen I wake up sometimes the hunger's real bad but this morning I had my brekkie, had my wee cuppa tea and biccy... Not even am hour later I was starving again!!! Some wks are worse than others.
Not really a question as much as a wee rant! Lol.

What are you actually craving with these air hunger symptoms? Also antidepressants are brain altering and even through the anxiety is controlled by these meds - the brain can shut off certain hormones that control appetite and trigger hunger. That is why weight gain is very common with bi polar - anxiety medication.
If you get hunger pangs in your stomach it could be the meds, check out with your Doctor, you can also get low blood sugar( Hypoglecemia ) without being diabetic and it may not show up, dont go a long time with out eating, make sure you eat at regular intervals a healthy meal or snack. Low blood sugar can also cause panic and anxiety take a small candy bar or some glucose tabs and see if you feel better hwhen you take them.
I feel slight pressure between my two floating ribs or on top of my stomach fo a long periods at a time and I seem to get nauseas alot especially when in moving vehicle. I get hunger pangs most times even though I know Im not hungry. Sometimes I get this pressure in my head it feels like my ears goes deaf but it lasts for a few seconds. Once in this week while I was reading something it seemed like my vision was shaky for a few seconds.
As long as you are not having severe stomach pains, other than those you know to be simple hunger pangs, if you're overall health is good, if you are still eating even if you're not "savoring" the food as usual, if you are not losing weight rapidly, if you're not passing out, I doubt it's any sort of terrible disease. But......you still need to see your doctor as this is obviously not normal for you.
