I'm almost 7 weeks on Wednesday. In the morning I get stomach pains. What could this be.
I'll be 35 weeks tmw and theirs time I still get hunger pains I mean I eat... I feel like I'm starving and don't know why, sometimes I'm eating and still feel hungry while I'm eating.
I'm 34. recently I started having hunger pains...even after I eat a huge meal. I know I'll be full and my stomach will be bloated but my stomach is still growling like and feels like I'm hungry. I weigh average for my body. anyone know what this could be?
m pregnant to give baby more nutrients but than right before lunch time I get hunger pains that are so uncomfortable. My stomach literally growls and rumbles like it's totally empty of food. I eat snacks thru out the day like yogurt, nuts, fruits and some veggies but they don't help! I have to eat like an actual meal.
Felt like severe hunger pains. I wake up at night with these same hunger pains. Dr. put me on a high dosage of antibiotics a month later and I am on Nexium 40mg once a day. It has been 6 months and I still have some hunger type pains and nausea after I eat. A bit better but not any worse. No vomiting / high temps / blood in stool. I do have yellow stools which I assume are caused by all the tums and nexium I am taking. I have GI appointment at the end of the month.
Pains you experience may be called "hunger pains". Duodenal ulcer is one typical reason, releaving of pain after eating and heartburn also both speak for it. If it is ulcer, you'd have some blood in the stool, not necessary seen with a naked eye, but with a (1) hemoccult stool test. Another test you might want to have is a (2) breath test for H. pylori - this causes ulcers and heart burn.
Maybe sometime in Feb I woke up with a painful stomach, like really bad hunger pains. It went away but came back a week later. Then I started to feel a little more burpy and had some stomach discomfort and hunger pains. Also a little nauseous. Went to doctor and she thought I had gastritis. She did blood work to test for bacteria. It was negative. She told me to take prevacid once a day no matter how I felt and to avoid OJ and tomatoes. So I did and it helped.
Anything to stop the hunger pain, of which now I realize was never hunger just pain. Mine is a medical issue (stomach discomfort) not a mental hunger issue, finally I understand that. And the urge to eat faded away.
I don't know why my belly hurts or how to fix it, but at least excessive over eating is resolved.
I'm 8 weeks pregnant I have been noticing that every afternoon and night I get this very uncomfortable pain like I have something toxic in my stomach it also ruins my appetite and can't sleep much and when I'm laying down on my side its just so uncomfortable so I lay on my back to make it go away. Is anyone going Through this or have anything to help this problem !
I had gastric bypass 6 years ago, and have done great. I lost 98 pounds all together, and over the course of the years and having a baby, have gained back between 10 and 15 pounds. I am staying at about 155, which is fine. Here is the problem...here in the past few weeks I have been having some severe hunger pains and continuous stomach growling. I feel like I can't get enough to eat.
For several years now I have had very severe hunger pains. They come and go but lately they have been more severe and stay longer. Sometimes more than two weeks. Food intake usually stops the pain for a while, but I cannot continue to eat six or more times a day. Weight gain is a real issue. Sometimes food makes it worse. Not often. This morning it awoke me from a dead sleep at 2:00 am, even though I had eaten prior to going to sleep at 11.

I've just had a meal, felt my stomach full and stretching. Stopped. The meal was normal, healthy and stopped at the right point. Then the hunger pain well which most definitely isn't hunger just is pain got stronger and found my self in the kitchen 5 more times looking for food. I guess it's going to take more time to get used to this but I didn't eat more.
I'm used to eating 5 meals at once it doesn't feel normal to stop eating.
Is it normal to have lower abdominal menstrual like pain 19 weeks pregnant.
She told me the excessive acid can cause the bloating, hunger like pains and loss of appetite. She said to try Pepcid complete. I had a hard time with Prilosec a few months ago. I am praying this helps take these hunger pains away and gives me back my appetite. I did some ramen noodles today and it felt good. I have only taken the Pepcid about an hour ago. Thank you all. This is always followed by a severe sinking feeling as the hunger re-appears. I sip more soy and take a few small bites of bread like this all thru every day. When I awaken the hunger is especially severe. I keep a glass of soy milk at the bed to sip immediately. (My overall diet has been as healthy as can be...no alcohol, coffee, red meat, etc...mostly fish, chicken, fresh fruits/vegetables/roughage, soy products.
