I've searched the web and here and no really good answer. I'm taking a Sonata about 3 or 4 oclock in the morning. It does cause some jitters next day. Now I've started Sam-e and a Super Beta Complex and the Jitters are unbearable. I take some Xanax and it helps some. I can't take much and still function.
The question is ... Is it the Sam-e or the Super B Complex causing the extreme jitters or anxiety?
Anyway, when I took it to the pharmacy, all of the medications was controlled substances, percocet, sonata, and diclofenac. I was shcoked but the pharmacist tech already scanned it and I trust the FNP. I always go to this same pharmacy and never had a problem filling my prescriptions and my disabled problem. The pharmacist was even willing to fill the diclofenac at the time. I decline and told her I would pick them up Monday when all 3 were ready and I this didn't fill right.
I decided to start working one my quilt again. Yes I have always wanted to make a handsewn quilt and that is what I will focus one today. And I kind of stayed away from this place yesterday because them past few days I was making my anxiety worse by reading too much one here.. So off to begins day 5.

Mine said girl, too...but I'm not getting my hopes up. My sister and my cousin both have two boys and I already have one...the odds don't seem to be in my favor. :-)
I would love to have a girl because my granny wants a great-granddaughter soooo bad. I'd love to be the one to give it to her! Plus, she already made a baby quilt YEARS ago for her first great-granddaughter. I would love to be the one to get that quilt!
Anyway I have been with this replaced doctor for a yr and a half, I had been explaining to him that 2 vicaprofen in a 24 hour period is not sufficient he by the way had taken me off the motrin and changed my Xanax to Ativan. I also have been on sonata 10 mg for all these yrs. I was given a urine test which is pretty normal, before I took it I told him that there would prob. not be hydrocodone in it as we had been discussing that I needed more pain relief.
Somethings we did recently at a friends shower weren't exactly games but I liked them. We had quilt squared and asked everyone to write a message to baby. We had a family member sew the quilt. We also had cards titled my wishes for you and it said things like I hope you... I hope you never...I hope you love...etc We decorated onsies (at mine we did bibs). We played never say baby. We had a diaper raffle everyone who brought diapers what put in a drawing.
