I've searched the web and here and no really good answer. I'm taking a Sonata about 3 or 4 oclock in the morning. It does cause some jitters next day. Now I've started Sam-e and a Super Beta Complex and the Jitters are unbearable. I take some Xanax and it helps some. I can't take much and still function.
The question is ... Is it the Sam-e or the Super B Complex causing the extreme jitters or anxiety?
another option is to get your doctor to prescribe something specifically for insomnia such as ambien, sonata or trazodone. discuss over the counter options with him such as benadryl and others available.
lastly, its great to hear YOU know what works best for YOU. don't discount that.
Anyway, when I took it to the pharmacy, all of the medications was controlled substances, percocet, sonata, and diclofenac. I was shcoked but the pharmacist tech already scanned it and I trust the FNP. I always go to this same pharmacy and never had a problem filling my prescriptions and my disabled problem. The pharmacist was even willing to fill the diclofenac at the time. I decline and told her I would pick them up Monday when all 3 were ready and I this didn't fill right.
Go online use your weight and height and fine you BMW and what it should be. Then if you are serious diet and exercise will work to lose pounds. That means sacrifice of fun foods and being tired and sweaty from exercise. Stay away from fast foods sugar drinks sugar snacks. Eat protein and lots veg. Snack on fruits and health stuff. Stay away from nuts. Best exercise is hiking a trail. Do it so you sweat at the end. Maybe 2 miles first then 4-5 everyday.
Anyway I have been with this replaced doctor for a yr and a half, I had been explaining to him that 2 vicaprofen in a 24 hour period is not sufficient he by the way had taken me off the motrin and changed my Xanax to Ativan. I also have been on sonata 10 mg for all these yrs. I was given a urine test which is pretty normal, before I took it I told him that there would prob. not be hydrocodone in it as we had been discussing that I needed more pain relief.
I am so constipated. It's been days since I've had a real BMW (only her hershy's kisses)
Haven't really slept in 3 days because of the need for relief!
I call my doctor then went to buy suppositories.
I must seem to be uncomfortable because he keeps apologizing and offered to put the thingy in my rectum!

I have a real problem with insomnia I went to the doctor last week and got Sonata for sleep and I asked for clonadine because I knew that I would be out of pills this week and would be having w/d sysptoms. He did not want to give me that he gave me klonapin instead.. I have not told him I have a problem with pills. The sonata is not working for my insomnia so I have made an another appt to see him this week to see if I can get the clonadine.
Have you tried Ambien or Sonata? I take Ambien (have been on it for about 4 years) - some nights it works well and others it's like I've taken a tic tac - but there are nights when nothing short of getting hit over the head with a hammer is going to help me sleep! I used to be on the CR version of the Ambien, until my insurance decided it wasn't going to cover that formula any longer, so now I'm back to the 10mg dose.
Weirdly he's into the classics. Beethoven and Mozart. Things like that. Moonlight sonata gets him real still and he doesn't move. When its over he kicks like crazy till I put it back on. Anything played on a piano or violin seems to sooth him. He also loves when I sing to him. Could be anything.
my dr just put me on sonata for sleep and i am being treated for add w/ritalin,lamictal for bpd,wellbrutrin depression, and nerourotin for nerve pain and a few days ago i started grinding my teeth together, looks like i am chewing gum all the time and i also am making grunting sounds.
It seems that every time I stop taking ambien for a few days and I'm feeling side effects. When I wake up my head is killing me, my kidneys are killing me, and I can't stop sudden movement. I have tried to stop several times though my doctors and with therapy but its like nothing works. I try to stick with it but if I have to deal with worst side effects. I can't believe I've been in this mess since '09 and I'm taking too many to even my prescriptions out.

1) is this a 3rd or a 4th generation HIV DUO test or is it a different test but also an Ab/Ag p24 test and if it is effective or not as the HIV DUO
This is a 4th generation test.
2) is the test you have at your labs VIDAS HIV DUO Ultra test or is it an HIV DUO test.
The HIV DUO and the HIV combi are the same sorts of tests - a bit like BMW SUV or a VW SUV - both SUV's but made by different companies. The test we use is the Roche HIV Combi Cobas.

I am currently wearing a holter monitor and have also worn en event monitor recently.
But there are also different charts. Its kind of like having a red BMW and a red Kia. Both are red, but the shades may be slightly different, if this makes sense. A2 is considerably white, but you can also have A1 & depending on how white the crown needs to be, you can have opaque colors.
