It sounds more like the Sonata is causing this, unless this is something you've been taking for awhile, as these are common side effects of it. I doubt the B complex is causing the problem, but I wonder, when are taking it and when are you taking Sam-e?
My last refill for percocet was 10/19 and 12/09 for ambien and that was my plastic surgeon. My surgeon refused to give me anything else. He told me to find a PCP and I did 12/17 but this FNP isn't addressing my pain/insomnia effectively. On 12/17/10 she wrote me a script for indocin and benadryl. This didn't work so on 12/23/10 she wrote a questionable or I'm not sure who wrote it for sonata, percocet, and dicflonac.
I agree about talking to the doc. You might consider melatonin, though. It's OTC, safe, and works well for some people. I've been using that off-and-on throughout treatment. Go with the lowest OTC dose, though. It's a natural compound and if the body gets too much it just ignores the signal.
Also, talk to your doc about Ambien (lasts roughly 8 hours) vs. Sonata (lasts about 2 hours).
The Z sleep meds, (Ambien & Sonata) can be hard to taper off due to their relatively short half life. Talk to your doctor about using a Dr Ashton style taper where you switch to valium & taper off that which should help minimize the side effects you experience.
Your GABA receptors have become tolerant to these drugs & it won't get any better if you continue with them but you should be able to taper very slowly using valium without too much discomfort.
Anyway I have been with this replaced doctor for a yr and a half, I had been explaining to him that 2 vicaprofen in a 24 hour period is not sufficient he by the way had taken me off the motrin and changed my Xanax to Ativan. I also have been on sonata 10 mg for all these yrs. I was given a urine test which is pretty normal, before I took it I told him that there would prob. not be hydrocodone in it as we had been discussing that I needed more pain relief.
My son who is around 3.2 yrs has a constant fear of winds and rains .This fear comes from the fact that a couple of days back our window broke due to heavy rains and winds.And one of the glasses from the window fell on my wife's leg leaving a deep cut with blood oozing out. He was an audience to all these events and from that day on he has manifested the fear of winds.
Now with the slighest of winds he gets scared making him un easy and cranky.
I have a real problem with insomnia I went to the doctor last week and got Sonata for sleep and I asked for clonadine because I knew that I would be out of pills this week and would be having w/d sysptoms. He did not want to give me that he gave me klonapin instead.. I have not told him I have a problem with pills. The sonata is not working for my insomnia so I have made an another appt to see him this week to see if I can get the clonadine.

Thank you for your comments. Fiji is usually quite hot most times during the year. However between May and August our whether changes some in that the temp gets cooler. You can say this is our winter as the temp drops. During this period the winds ususally change direction and the usual winds comming from the sea changes to inward winds which come from the mountains. This is the period that her health gets bad. It appears that the winds blowing from the mountains carry lots of pollen etc.

Have you tried Ambien or Sonata? I take Ambien (have been on it for about 4 years) - some nights it works well and others it's like I've taken a tic tac - but there are nights when nothing short of getting hit over the head with a hammer is going to help me sleep! I used to be on the CR version of the Ambien, until my insurance decided it wasn't going to cover that formula any longer, so now I'm back to the 10mg dose.
About the, winds and rain...............In Feburary the snow was so much and so heavy a tree fell, hit the house in the exact spot where the electric service came in........the tree took it off the house completely. Didn't hurt the house thank goodness!! Didn't matter the power was out for 8 days all around here.
2 weeks ago on a nice calm day after there was a lot of rain another tree ....a big tree.....fell by our barn and took out the electric horse fence.
We have all heard the story, stupid American on vacation to Thailand without the wife winds up shagging a local prostitute of unknown HIV status. 5 weeks later rash, sores in mouth, exhaustion etc. etc. I had a PCR test at 7 weeks, came back negative. Had antibody (OraQuick) tests at 6, 9, and 13 weeks. All negative. Now I read that these tests typically look for subtype B, the variant most often found here in the USA. What about subtype E, the most prevelant in Thailand.
