It sounds more like the Sonata is causing this, unless this is something you've been taking for awhile, as these are common side effects of it. I doubt the B complex is causing the problem, but I wonder, when are taking it and when are you taking Sam-e?
My last refill for percocet was 10/19 and 12/09 for ambien and that was my plastic surgeon. My surgeon refused to give me anything else. He told me to find a PCP and I did 12/17 but this FNP isn't addressing my pain/insomnia effectively. On 12/17/10 she wrote me a script for indocin and benadryl. This didn't work so on 12/23/10 she wrote a questionable or I'm not sure who wrote it for sonata, percocet, and dicflonac.
I agree about talking to the doc. You might consider melatonin, though. It's OTC, safe, and works well for some people. I've been using that off-and-on throughout treatment. Go with the lowest OTC dose, though. It's a natural compound and if the body gets too much it just ignores the signal.
Also, talk to your doc about Ambien (lasts roughly 8 hours) vs. Sonata (lasts about 2 hours).
The reason I ask these questions is that there are many criteria for qualifying for a liver transplant, but if he is otherwise healthy, sober for 6 mo plus, 65 or under, not overweight, etc., he could try to get listed for a transplant. He has to survive this crisis first. Does he have fluid on his abdomen or edema? How was his mental state before this incident? (oriented and alert or disoriented and confused)? If you can find out his MELD score that would be helpful.
The Z sleep meds, (Ambien & Sonata) can be hard to taper off due to their relatively short half life. Talk to your doctor about using a Dr Ashton style taper where you switch to valium & taper off that which should help minimize the side effects you experience.
Your GABA receptors have become tolerant to these drugs & it won't get any better if you continue with them but you should be able to taper very slowly using valium without too much discomfort.

Looking for a sperm donor, taking herbs, vitamins, injections, vaginal inserts, eating healthy, I would think the you would work. But it didn't, and the part that is the worse is to cry by myself. Bad breath can be an indicator for an oral infection or abscess. There might not be any overt signs; but if it's spreading badly it would explain the symptoms. It could also be a sign of a stomach ailment. Even a solo indoor cat can pick up a parasite infection, it's actually not uncommon. Look in your cat's mouth for any signs of dental issues and take a close look at his stool (although that won't necessarily tell you if there's a parasite, depending on the type).
Anyway I have been with this replaced doctor for a yr and a half, I had been explaining to him that 2 vicaprofen in a 24 hour period is not sufficient he by the way had taken me off the motrin and changed my Xanax to Ativan. I also have been on sonata 10 mg for all these yrs. I was given a urine test which is pretty normal, before I took it I told him that there would prob. not be hydrocodone in it as we had been discussing that I needed more pain relief.
I have a real problem with insomnia I went to the doctor last week and got Sonata for sleep and I asked for clonadine because I knew that I would be out of pills this week and would be having w/d sysptoms. He did not want to give me that he gave me klonapin instead.. I have not told him I have a problem with pills. The sonata is not working for my insomnia so I have made an another appt to see him this week to see if I can get the clonadine.
I am excited mixed with terrified itnis my first child and I am going it solo!! But I am a very strong women and have conquered most things in my life solo so whu not!!
Feel drained all the time and have spells where I can really lightheaded for hours or days. I have seen a infectious disease dr, They checked for lyme and that was it said nothing more they could do. I have no idea whats next for me but I went from a healthy person running 5 days a week and exercising everyday to a few months later I cant do anything. Its very depressing. Thanks! Its weird cause I felt bad for a while, but now I've felt good for a few days. I even went for a jog. I have been trying to change my diet to help with the ebv. It's a strange question but what do you eat?
You have been on pills for over a year. Have you been taking them as prescribed? Do you take them for the pain or for the high? These are important distinctions. Do you have a plan with your doctor about pain management? I am not sure that you are clear why you need to stop?And if you do, what the best method of stopping is. I don't believe personally that depending on narcotics to relieve pain if you are being managed by a physician in itself is such a bad thing.
