shufee i have experienced very similar spells but i am on medication and sometimes----rarely---- as it is beginning i "catch" it with my anxiety tool-kit! Several things i do----that i have practiced every day----to try and evoke a relaxation response are in that kit. Each "kit" i am sure will be individual---tailored to you, And you tailor----or condition it yourself. You pick.
I agree about talking to the doc. You might consider melatonin, though. It's OTC, safe, and works well for some people. I've been using that off-and-on throughout treatment. Go with the lowest OTC dose, though. It's a natural compound and if the body gets too much it just ignores the signal.
Also, talk to your doc about Ambien (lasts roughly 8 hours) vs. Sonata (lasts about 2 hours).
I've searched the web and here and no really good answer. I'm taking a Sonata about 3 or 4 oclock in the morning. It does cause some jitters next day. Now I've started Sam-e and a Super Beta Complex and the Jitters are unbearable. I take some Xanax and it helps some. I can't take much and still function.
The question is ... Is it the Sam-e or the Super B Complex causing the extreme jitters or anxiety?
Anyway, when I took it to the pharmacy, all of the medications was controlled substances, percocet, sonata, and diclofenac. I was shcoked but the pharmacist tech already scanned it and I trust the FNP. I always go to this same pharmacy and never had a problem filling my prescriptions and my disabled problem. The pharmacist was even willing to fill the diclofenac at the time. I decline and told her I would pick them up Monday when all 3 were ready and I this didn't fill right.
am planning for kids so inorder to conceive i have two options - 1. IUI ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION 2. In home Conception Kit, how easy is it to use in-home conception kit? we need to use it twice a month to get pregnant during teh fertile period? did any one use In-home conception kits?

Anyway I have been with this replaced doctor for a yr and a half, I had been explaining to him that 2 vicaprofen in a 24 hour period is not sufficient he by the way had taken me off the motrin and changed my Xanax to Ativan. I also have been on sonata 10 mg for all these yrs. I was given a urine test which is pretty normal, before I took it I told him that there would prob. not be hydrocodone in it as we had been discussing that I needed more pain relief.
I have a real problem with insomnia I went to the doctor last week and got Sonata for sleep and I asked for clonadine because I knew that I would be out of pills this week and would be having w/d sysptoms. He did not want to give me that he gave me klonapin instead.. I have not told him I have a problem with pills. The sonata is not working for my insomnia so I have made an another appt to see him this week to see if I can get the clonadine.

(at 07.07.2009) tested kit is 14 hours after last tested because hospital diagnostic or treatment is done at 16:00. I visited hospital early time and I first guest for urology hospital(at 09:00 AM).

Have you tried Ambien or Sonata? I take Ambien (have been on it for about 4 years) - some nights it works well and others it's like I've taken a tic tac - but there are nights when nothing short of getting hit over the head with a hammer is going to help me sleep! I used to be on the CR version of the Ambien, until my insurance decided it wasn't going to cover that formula any longer, so now I'm back to the 10mg dose.
Weirdly he's into the classics. Beethoven and Mozart. Things like that. Moonlight sonata gets him real still and he doesn't move. When its over he kicks like crazy till I put it back on. Anything played on a piano or violin seems to sooth him. He also loves when I sing to him. Could be anything.
my dr just put me on sonata for sleep and i am being treated for add w/ritalin,lamictal for bpd,wellbrutrin depression, and nerourotin for nerve pain and a few days ago i started grinding my teeth together, looks like i am chewing gum all the time and i also am making grunting sounds.
I have been using Zopiclone 7.5mg. It only lasts 4 hours but it works for me. I was recently given Bromazepam 3mg, but it did nothing.
I was diagnosed with gastritis 3 week ago.i was given a hpylori kit for 1 week but after the biopsy results came back i tested negative for hpylori thus discontinued the kit. I was put on Esomeprazole 20 but i had very bad side effects especially dizziness and body weakness... I went back to the doctor who changed the medication to Lansoprazole 30mg but still i feel like there is no improvement on the dizziness and body weakness.
It seems that every time I stop taking ambien for a few days and I'm feeling side effects. When I wake up my head is killing me, my kidneys are killing me, and I can't stop sudden movement. I have tried to stop several times though my doctors and with therapy but its like nothing works. I try to stick with it but if I have to deal with worst side effects. I can't believe I've been in this mess since '09 and I'm taking too many to even my prescriptions out.
com, that I swear by!! (many others here use it as well). It mimics the fertile mucus your body produces around O time, and can help those sperm get where they need to go!

Ok, in the last few days ive developed a rash all over my body, it gets really red after exercise, then goes away later on. Take a look.
I was using gym kit that was just being used by another guy. I got a small cut by the cut. Now I am afraid that if there was some strain of blood on the kit and I got infected by that..
Please help me ..I am very tensed.
