Has anyone had any luck on the Slim-Fast diet? I just started it, I need to lose around 30lbs.

A brownie sundae. Brownie, vanilla ice cream, slices of bananas, whip cream, a little but of chocolate syrup, nuts, &a cherry on top!!!!

Is it ok to drink slim fast while pregnant? I have gained too much weight so far. I started out tiny and now my mid section is huge! I'm not looking to lose weight but eating hurts. My lower back is in excruciating pain and I know it's from the weight gain and due to my belly sticking so far out. I'm only 25 weeks pregnant and I feel the only option is to eat tiny meals to keep up my energy because after I eat my stomach feels so tight b it just hurts.

hi has any one done the slim fast diet----(milkshakes) and lost weight.How lond could u go on for? I'm planning to go on it but will do only one shake for dinner and have breakfast and lunch as normal.

45-55 seconds 2 TBSP of butter 2 TBSP of white sugar 1 TBSP of brown sugar (make sure its well packed) Vanilla to taste Pinch of salt 1 egg yolk 4 TBSP of flour 1 TBSP of cocoa powder 2 TBSP semi sweet chocolate chunks (could also use chocolate chips, I only had bakers chocolate which I shaved in pieces) Directions: Put your butter in your cup (coffee cup works great) and melt in in the microwave for about 30 secs (make sure it doesn't boil). Stir in the sugars, vanilla and salt.

m counting points but I am also chugging back a weight loss shake everyday as part of those points. There is no way I could ever do the Slim-Fast plan or anything like it. I just like the amount of nutrients in the form of chocolate milk i can get! Makes a great difference if I need a boost before working out or just need something to keep me going while I make dinner. ^_^ Anyways, some of them certainly don't taste very good. My favorite so far comes from Wal-Mart.

Some chocolate covered strawberries ! Like so so bad. I just had cheddar brocolli rice, french fries, green beans, and buttered noodles & 2 helping of steak. Then I ate a brownie. Now im so in the mood for some strawberries & skittles ! Btw im 22+1 & ive already gained nearly 25 IBS. Im really tiny to begin with & pre pregnancy I eat and eay but dont gain. The weather outside is chilly but the ice cream is so delightful lol. Its like 30º outside and I was craving ice cream so I went to walmart and got ice cream :) couldn't decide on chocolate fudge brownie or rockie road so I got both lol. Didnt want to feel bad so i got apples also :) What are your night cravings ladies?

My happy post is....... Last night JJ (my 5yr old) and I made brownies. Then we decided to make brownie Sundaes:-) We smothering the brownie Sundaes with caramel sauce, chocolate sauce whipped cream and sprinkles...(oh can't forget the cherry.Lol). Then we DEVOURED them. It was the BEST!!!
