six pack in two months

Truth is, and I will be the first to admit it, I love smoking and dont really want to quit my three to four pack a day habit. I should have been born in a time when smoking was allowed almost everywhere in America, and I could have smoked all I wanted to whether at my desk at work, or in any restaruant or bar, or at almost any other social occasion.

I've been exercising for long time and i can feel my six pack (when i push my finger on my belly) but it's hidden under a layer of fat. Why? What should i do? Any tips?

Today was injection day - Week 39. When I went to refill my pill container, I discovered I missed two AM doses, six pills. Will this compromise my treatment? I guess my emotions got the best of me and I just forgot. I guess I should tell someone cant"t do a thing till Mon. tho. Thanks for being there - Lynne P.S. So I was just wondering how many baby outfits to pack? I'm a ftm @ 36wks tomorrow. I originally packed two but than other experienced mom's told me to pack five or six cause you don't know the size your baby will fit. How many outfits did you all pack? How many is suggested?

I've been smoking for about six years. A pack lasts me 2-3 days. I can go a day without smoking no problem. Why can't I stop then? Am I truly addicted or is it just in my head?

I have been seeing a dentist for almost two years. One year ago, she told me that I had to pull a tooth. Six months later, she told me that I don't need to pull it. Six months after that, she told me I definitely need to pull it. I went to get a 2nd opinion and the other dentist vaguely told me to wait and see it it hurts. I started seeing another dentist, as she contracts with my insurance company. I told her about the tooth and she didn't seem to think it was important.

t know how much you will bleed after and clothes you wore around six months pregnant. pads. Also pads toothbrush basic bathing items slippers your own bathroom baby coming home outfit if while ur there u plan on just using hospital clothes.

My daughter was on depo for six months..however, she switched back to the pill on dec 14 right before it was time for her 3rd jab of depo on 12/26. She said she took the whole pack, the next pack should have been refilled around the 11th of January...it did not get refilled until January 25th and I dont think she took the jpack as prescribed. NOW she has all kinds of signs of being pregnant..

Two doctors in two months is reasonable and not beyond what is considered usual or acceptable. But, when there's more than that or the rx's overlap,there can be a problem. It does beg the question though: If you had pain med and were taking them only as prescribed and on a prn basis, why did you need the second rx? It's certainly fine to use one for the other;you don't need a second rx... You should be fine.

The other day I had realize that I hadn't had a period in about six months , I know crazy that I hadn't realized that but I've always been irregular about my period I would always skip a month or two, but never more than three, I'm 21 going on 22 in a few short months. I have my husband we use to be sexualy active all the time but now we are not, been working a lot, so I took 4 pregnancy test all of them came back negative.

I'm really worried. I'm 21 and haven't had a period in six months. I'm married, We were trying to have a baby. The tests all came up negative. This happened once before and I was told it was nothing by a doctor... Went to another doctor and was told the same thing... They ran tests and couldnt find anything. Now that it is happening again while we are trying to have a baby i'm scared.... Anyone else having this same problem?

I have noticed brown spotting, only in very small amounts in the last two days, maybe six times-and am worried that this may be a miscarriage. I have had two healthy babies (premature) and one miscarriage six months ago. Should I be concerned? I have a six pack and you can see the beating at the two pack.I thought it was caused due to gyming but I havent gymed for the past three months and its still the same.At night when I go to bed I cannot sleep on my tummy cause its very difficult to breath.I also have to breath in and out fast and if I breath slow it feels like im getting suffocated.Please help me with my problem.

You went up two stages in ten years however liver damage is not linear it can go up another stage in just two years or not for 20 there is no way to know so part of the "watch and wait" is to make sure you are continuing as you have been to WATCH. You do not want to get to stage 4 without knowing it and having 3 pass you by. Good luck.

I had my six months test last week - well, actually about three weeks early so I could take advantage of haing met insurance deductibles - and the news is....still UND. All other bloodwork is fine as well...hemoglobin, thyroid, liver function. All is good. Once again, a big thank you to everyone on this Forum! I sing your praises all the time when I share my story. Hi Everyone, I have been trying these for months and months but it doesn’t help me anymore. I am talking about six pack abs that I am trying to get. I joined a gym for this and the trainer told me that I would get them…but NOOOO!! That did not help me and later on I have tried a few tips that I have been suggested by my friends but that also was of no use (the whole thing helped the abs a little…but not as I wanted).

We plan on using a pack n play because we want our baby to be in our room for the first six months. After that we will use the crib we purchased, it transitions to a toddler bed as well as a full size bed.

I have a crib and I just bought a pack n play/bassinet combo but its the kind that sits on top of the pack n play and is in line with the bed so its sorta like a cosleeper edition .. i was dead set on getting a bassinet too until I seen this pack n play ..

I'm 14 weeks with my fourth baby I'll pack a nursing bra nursing pads a change of clothes for me to go home in and two changes of clothes for the baby wipes and diapers destin cream toothbrush and toothpaste sandals for the shower hairbrush and straightener makeup I wear contacts so I'm going to bring my glasses pretty much it. They do give you wipes mesh pantys after you have the baby diapers pads breast pads and they make u wear their gown in there until you go home.

13 weeks is the length of first trimester, and a third of your pregnancy (three months). Times that by two, and six months is 26 weeks.

counting days to Me at the time seemed like there was of option awaiting at the end or something., two years wins you a six pack, etc. Anyway a future without alcohol soon became a non-issue. During Most of My dry time I really never thought about it. But as We all know or find out down the line alcohol is quite sneaky and is content to wait and bind it's time for the right moment to reappear.

For me, hard work hard physical labor such as yard work, lifting, perhaps building a wall with stone ... this was the type of work that got me a six pack, but at the same time I was losing weight for a health problem (Celiac) so my body fat got low.
