I got severe stomach pain on jan 24 and next day the scanning result is that i got 2 small calculi in right kidney and hydronephrosis of left kidney with uretric caliculas. i was prescribed kmac syrup(potassium citrate & magnesium citrate oral solution), brakke (ofloxacin and ornidazole) tablets , hifenac spas(aceclofenac and drotaverine hydrochloride tablets) taking which i suffered constipation severely then i guessed may be the side effects of above drugs. i took them day after day.

When I consume antibiotics (like levooflaxin, ofloxacin), antiamoebics (ornidazole, metronidazole), I remain fine for the time period I consume the medicines. After end of treatment, Issues re-appear again. This is now happening very frequently (once every 2 weeks).
I do not smoke, drink or use any other obnoxious drug.
Hi, I got a bride fitted on my top left side, it is 4 teeth and fits on the tooth next to the top left wisdom tooth, obviously that tooth was ground and made smaller for the bridge to fit on it, the tooth was absolutely healthy and fine, i have never had any problems with that tooth earlier, the day grinding took place that tooth became sore, very very sensitive and I had to get temp.
The pain varies from mild hurting to burning, to extreme levels of twisted pain and the feeling of a hurting wound.Its been there for 3 years and has never stopped. Since the last month its become horrible so I've left office for quite some time and I'm at home.
I've done a ct-scan and a colonoscopy both of which were done unprofessionally, so I'll be getting them done again !

Early this year over new year I was submitted to hospital for emergency treatment on a corneal ulcer and was kept in hospital for three days and given intensive treatment of ofloxacin eye drops every hour, then released from hospital and continued to be on ofloxacin eye drops every 2 hours and steroid drops every 2 hours with frequent visits to the hospitals eye clinic to monitor my progress.
I'm a 40 year-old American living in Thailand. A few months ago I had unprotected sex with a female coworker. About 10-12 days later I noticed a burning sensation in the tip of my penis (it felt similar to when soap gets in the urethra). The burning intensified over the next few days. It does not hurt when I urinate and no need to urinate more than normal. There is no discharge - just a slight whitish mucous visible only if I squeeze the tip. Co-worker has no symptoms.
is it possible that the rash is the result of taking the Ofloxacin, and more specifically, perhaps the result of a build up of bacteria (yeast)? If so, will taking the Doxycycline clear up the rash, or will it just increase the amount of yeast bacteria build up, and thus worsen a rash that could be the result of excess candida in the body?

It's a difficult case and may represent some type of atopic or severe allergic condition. It takes a very patient, long-term approach by a pediatric ophthalmologist that knows her very well. At some point, trial and error treatments my need to be tried. Tesing for auto-immune and inflammatory conditions is essential and should probably be carried out at a teaching hospital since this problem keeps going on and on. I really cannot get involved more deeply since I am not her doctor.
I started taking Ornidazole (500 mg two times a day) the same day and received a single dosis of Trobicin (spectinomycin hydrochloride) by IM injection on Wednesday. Now I notice that I have some blood in my urine and the pains in the penis tip are still very sharp. If so, which first!? I also had a negative mycoplasma plus ureaplasma plus hsv urine sample from an online testing clinic that was ...should I rely on these results?
