Lots of vegies, fruit, whole grains, meat & dairy. brocolli, kale, spinach, tomatoes & avocado are all really good veggies. Also eggs are amazing (just make sure their cooked- hard boil, scrambled), and hard cheese made with pasturised milk. Avoid raw and undercooked meat, eggs and seafood & soft cheese made with unpasteurized milk. Try to eat leftovers the next day and heat them up well.
