lettuce, olives, camembert, some meat, sunflower and pumpkin
seed. If I have more
raw vegies I put them also in. I also have every morning a nice milky coffee with whole milk.
Its not a very small neither enormous dish, but it does fill me up and gives me the energy. Sadly I couldnt eat anything else as im not real hungry in the morning, but I try to have everything I can in it.
