Hello, dear fellow members, I was diagnosed last week with Inv Duct Carc and DCIS. All I know so far is that I will need a mast, rt side. The Dr explained the 3 reconstruction options and, at first, I was convinced that I'd prefer the Lat Flap. I am an equestrian professional and need lots of core/ab strength and balance so don't think the TRAM is for me (neither does the Dr). But after reading about the lat flap, I'm not sure that's a good option either.
The pain is now in my entire left leg, left shoulder and arm along with headaches on the left side of my head and neck. My profession is equestrian/trainer and it has become increasingly more difficult to work with the horses. When I ride if I ride for over two hours I am in tears! I used to ride for 8-12 hours in a day. I am afraid and do not have any answers. Any suggestions?

You can continue to work with them as long as your body is used to the physical nature of the work. Until you no longer feel up to it. I have made my choice simply not worth any risk. Discuss it with your dr to get further thoughts. Some woman continue riding until mounting/unmounting becomes to difficult.

Oh the edema (seeking) is causing pain and pressure as well as that residual bruising poor thing! I also am thinkng the decreased mobility can make you stiff and cause ligament pain. The greater trochanter is the ball in socket joint bone ...those are pretty serious injuries and you're not an equestrian or not but runner you didn't fall on a bicycle? Any trauma that you can think of?

Abstract
Therapeutic vaccines are currently being developed for chronic hepatitis B and C.
The treatment of chronic hepatitis B has improved dramatically in recent years thanks to new antiviral drugs, but efforts to develop a therapeutic vaccine have largely ended in disappointment. Recent casualties among therapeutic HBV vaccines include GlobeImmune's GI 13020/GS-4774 which failed a Phase II trial causing partner Gilead to terminate a license for the candidate last November.
I was wondering what the therapeutic dose generally is to treat bipolar 2? I have been going to my family dr and am on 100 mg of lamictal and 300 mg well Orrin. However I am still very depressed and wondering if this is the right dose?
